TV Great, Best Buy Experience, not so great!

Being a "senior, SENIOR, CITIZEN) I could not take it out of the box myself so I had to wait until someone came to take it out and hook it up. Much to my dismay I didn't realize that it was smaller than what I wanted. I called Best Buy and they informed me I had only 5 days until the allotted time for return but I could put it back in the box and take to a local store. I tried to explain that I couldn't do it by myself as I am an old, sick, person. I kind of the attitude "too bad." I guess I was stuck with a TV I didn't want but as it was my fault what could I do? One day I called a different Best Buy telephone # and there was a person who worked things out for me, thank goodness. I have been dealing with Best Buy for years and this is the first experience I had that was disappointing.
