Terrible sound quality

It spynds like you are under water. Extreme echo and muffled. I hwve $20 ear buds that soynd better. I have tried adjusting sound settings and nothing helped unfortunately. Extremely disappointed. Debating whether to return it and fund something better. I didnt expect bose sureound sound quality, but I’d at least like to be able to understand words being spoken in the movie im watching. Went to another room to finish watching it and it was 100% better. Picture is so/so one minute its great the next it’s pixelated. Its not internet, all other tvs are working find and dont do this.
