It was a replacement, actually an upgrade for the previous tv I purchased a year ago that went out. I called Qeek Squad with my problem and they forwarded me to the replacement department that set up the delivery of my new Toshibal 50" Smart Fire Tv. Very pleased with my service.

Not so much to say for sound. Less than average. But the worst thing is the constant bombardment of Amazon Prime advertising.

This one was so easy for him to set up. All his sports are in vibrant color now, so i will surprised if he comes out of his room.
