Works perfectly. I just wish that a sleep timer could be set to stay on always instead of it having to be set each time it gets turned on.

It’s ok. Image quality is good. The only problem is that, unfortunately, it’s not compatible with external hard drives with over 2TB of storage. Unbelievable considering that it’s a 2024 model. I upgraded from an 8 year old TV and never had any issues with my 5TB HDD. Everything else is ok for the price. Got mine for $200.

Good tv, it is a bit slower when changing from HDMI to HDMI and in general when navigating through screens but overall happy based on price.

TV works great. Got it on sale for an outstanding price.

I absolutely love fire tvs they’re my favorite but for some reason my tv keeps cutting off by itself so I’m going back to exchange it because it hasn’t even been a month since I got it! But overall I love this tv!

Power issues, and freezing. I keep having to unplug it and reset it to get it to work. Connectivity issues and slow response time for the sound and picture to come on.

I bought this TV as the Tv has stopped working as Best Buy states there is nothing they can do because I didn’t buy their warranty as it’s still currently under manufacture warranty. I have contacted the manufacturer as I have my receipt that my account shows everything the reasoning of them not being able to proceed with my warranty because I didn’t get an actual receipt printed out copy from purchasing online. I showed my ID was scanned they just gave me the TV so now providing the one I have attached to my account they will not accept it stating they can’t verify my purchase instead of contacting Best Buy to verify my purchase. So I’m just out of 270 dollars because they are currently trying to let my warranty run out so they don’t have to replace my tv.

Tv is really good, however the tv has froze up on me twice in 1 month. Still recommend with the purchase of extended warranty.

Ordered this TV through Best Buy online. Fresh Out of the Box the TV had a display panel issue showing faint curved lines throughout the screen. By the time cable services were installed in my home it was unfortunately a few days over the 15-day return policy from Best Buy. They refused to allow me to exchange it regardless of the circumstances but offered for me to buy an extended return contract for a minimum $50 charge and then they would retroactively allow me to return it. I respect store policies but this literally was not something I could control and was returning it well below a one-month period. Was planning to get an 85 inch TV for another room but this will in no way happen at Best Buy. I'm done! Currently dealing with Hisense directly which now makes Toshiba TVs. Save yourself the trouble and invest in a higher-end TV.
