Poor picture, poor delivery, poor customer service

Delete very was terrible and they threw it in my walkway. Customer service did absolutely nothing when I complained

My son wanted the first one I bought and since it wasn’t terribly expensive, I just picked myself up the exact same one.

Bad Software.

Any ad-supported streaming services, but mainly just Hulu freezes on commercials and there's no fix. From what I've found online is you have to clear your app's cache to stop it from happening. This means if I ever want to watch Hulu, a service I pay for, I have to go into settings and clear my cache before starting. Minor inconvenience, but shouldn't be happening at all.

The only reason for the 4 stars is because some of the apps are very glitchy and we have to reinstall often or Lear the cache. Have not had this issue with previous smart tvs or devices.

Scalloped Rainbow Pattern on Display

We bought it for our son for his birthday; he’s away at college. We didn’t know (and weren’t told) there is only a 15 day return policy. He didn’t get home to open it until after the 15 days had passed. There is a scalloped rainbow pattern in the screen. It isn’t broken and not completely unwatchable, but it’s definitely not right. What’s worse is this kid gets migraines and one of his signs a migraine is on the way is seeing similar “halos” around everything in life. So now looking at his TV we got him for his birthday makes him feel like he’s getting a migraine. We took it back to Best Buy today to exchange it for another one and they refused to help us because it was outside of the 15 days. Never mind they sold us a defective TV and we couldn’t know it was so until our son got home and unwrapped it, but they just flat refused. But they tried to upsell us into buying a My Best Buy membership that would extend the return date on FUTURE purchases to 60 days. I asked if I paid for the membership today, would they honor the return and they said no. I asked what the difference was, if I had already paid for the membership they’d take the return. At this point it was only about timing. They refused. They told us to contact Best Buy Corporate and ask for a return extension and if that doesn’t work to see if Geek Squad can cover it under a warranty. That’s going to be the next step. I’ll update this review to let you know how it turns out, but right now I’m very disappointed with their customer service and willingness to stand by their customers. They sold a defective TV. They should at least honor it and replace it.
