The first is at least 8-10 years old and is still working perfectly. I am really liking this new one and hoping for the same longevity.

My only complaint is if your home’s WiFi signal is a little low the built in Fire TV will freak out and force the whole TV to reboot constantly.

Have no complaints about it Love the antenna guide for over-the-air channels. Also love the fact that I could get rid of my Firestick.
