I had a bit of a time getting a return and replace but eventually did and got a new one. The second one kept stalling on me in the UI. Eventually it just totally stopped working. The remote quit controlling the tv and it got stuck on a reset and would not get fixed.

Not worth the hassle.

But overall, I am not happy with this purchase at all. The tv needs to be repeatedly restarted nearly every day because it just stops displaying anything- especially if I’m watching local channels. This is my second Toshiba Fire TV.

2nd & last time I buy TV from BestBuy (vs. Amazon)

From outsite the TV looked undamaged but upon inspection, the tv bezel from the left side was compromised during handling therefore LCD screen cracked. At first, after spending 45mins on the phone, they raised a special ticket to have CSR order a replacement. Next morning I see an email a replacement is being ordered. GREAT! Then 30minutes later another email comes-in that order has been cancelled (website and stores still showing in stock) Disappointed to hear BestBuy could not offer a replacement and made me return the TV which is another hassle. If this was amazon, they would have arranged a pickup ALONG with a new replacement delivered. In total, i was on phone for over an hour trying to find a solution but too much hassle. I've learned best buy customer service is very poor compare to their peers and will be purchasing TV from other reputable companies.

Horrendous service

My new tv came without both feet. I called and was told they were sending a new tv out by 12/10. An awfully long wait and why can't you just send the feet? While waiting I went in to the store and they told me they do not carry the feet. 12/10 passed. Still no tv or email or tracking number. I called customer service on 12/13 and they said no tv was sent out. The first rep suggested I go into the store about the feet, which is wrong. Eventually I was transferred to another rep. She told me it was not Best Buy's policy to send out a replacement. Who was I talking to that said the replacement was on the way? I asked to speak a manager 3 times and each time, the rep repeated the policy as if that was the issue. Finally, I told her she would be included in the complaint if she did not get the manager and she agreed. When she returned she explained no managers were available. It is now Dec. 14, I am on cat now and the rep keeps forgetting what we are chatting about and is now talking about best buy's policies and telling me to go to the store for feet. I now have hours invested on fixing Best Buy's mistakes. Who calls this Customer Service? They export their service jobs to people with terrible English and give them no power to properly solve problems and offer no alternative phone numbers or management to remedy the issues that fall through the cracks. I am 48 and have never, in my life, boycotted a business.....until now. I will never buy again from Best Buy and will not be renewing my Geek Squad service membership.
