This thing looks beautiful when paired with a ps5.

I'm so disappointed that my TV went out in less than 60 days. Best buy only offers 15 day returns/exchanges. After several attempts to contact Toshiba for warranty repair, I finally took this "L" and bought a new samsung (had the older samsung for over 14 years before it died) I wanted to like Toshiba but I'll never buy another one, it was a complete waste of money.

After 8 weeks the TV would come on but there was nothing showing on it. I have Googled what to do, and many sites said to restore to factory settings. At first I thought it was my internet or the router. I tried The factory reset, now all my TV shows is searching for your remote. I've Googled that problem. Many many many requests for that problem. I have done everything I can and it still shows searching for your remote. Once I started googling, seems that this issue happens to this TV over and over and over. I just looked at my purchase date and I only had 14 days to return it, so I am outside the return date. Do not waste your money

I can’t do a review on the TV because when I got my TV, it was cracked, and I had to go through several Best Buy agents to get someone to change. Finally, someone stated they would send me a new one. I had to wait a week and pay more taxes because of their mix-up just for. Then they have someone drop off a TV with a beat-up open box without a remote or anything in it. I called again to have to wait another week for them to not even to bring it at all. I use to tell everyone about Best Buy but now im not. I buy everything from them, but this long month and some to get nothing, im peeeed off

Really looking forward to setting this up. Pulled it out of the damaged box and saw the screen was shattered. Too late to return it and the protection plan i bought doesnt cover the damage so i just watsed all that money. Will never shop here again unless best buy makes this right. And bu make right i dont mean apologize over and over for not being able to do anything.

It has very low image quality but for the price it is acceptable. I would not recommend it.

Was good for a month and a half, then suddenly the screen started flickering heavily. A tv should not go bad this quickly! After a factory reset, got flickering confined to bottom one quarter. So bad.

50 inch TV was an open box arrived with a completely crack screen. It was obviously packed this way because the packing was redone around all four damaged corners. I was surprised it came this way.

Dead pixels scattered about. Poor lighting in corners. Less than 2 months out of box. Maybe I just got a lemon, if that’s true, QC is poor.

Horrible unit. I purchased this tv and didn’t have time to open it. I got to it a month later and put it up to find out it has a bad panel. Best Buy wouldn’t help me and said to contact the manufacturer.

TV randomly started to have lines not sure why. Not hot in any fashion.

The toshiba fire tv was exactly what we needed at home perfect size, the picture is crystal clear and has built firestick platform so apps are on the home screen. Oh yea the price was pretty good i bought this 50 inch fire tv on sale around black friday or cyber monday around $200. Needless to say we're happy with the TV

I’m giving this TV 3 stars and I’ll start with the cons first: These also happen to be common issues I’ve found from other people in Q/A communities. 1. The response rate on this is quite slow at times and completely freezes up upon switching between apps. While this isn’t a constant issue, it happens at least once a week that I have to restart it. 2. It is a common problem between other owners that some options in the settings menu are so broken they seem to not even exist, such as sound and display settings. Everywhere I’ve looked at for a solution ends in “no solution found, must be a glitch in the last update” 3. Darker environments, like blacks and dark grays often get choppy. To the point where it causes large pixel like cubes wherever there is movement. 4. It has happened a few times where an app, like Youtube in my experience, will go completely mute out of the blue. I’m confident this issue is a TV error and not speaker error as I have a very reliable and fully functional (wired) sound setup. I’m old-school lol. And for the Pros: 1. The TV is not bulky, nor ugly to look at. It’s actually aesthetically pleasing and seems to be the perfect size for the living room. This is my bedroom TV. Makes it feel like a movie theater at times. 2. Colors are vivid and the image is crystal clear in essentially all environments, besides dark ones, as stated before. 3. There are lots of apps available to download on here, storage is pretty standard. 4. The controls and navigating are very user friendly. 5. Does a great job when playing games on the Series X. In summary, I’d love to exgange this TV for a different one because this model has more cons than pros, in my personal opinion. Unfortunately I never have time and would rather just deal with the occasional frustrations. Do I recommend this TV? Yes if it’s the highest you can go, price wise. No if you’re willing to spend a little more, for better.

I recently upgraded to the Toshiba 50" CS530 Series 4K Fire TV from Best Buy, The picture quality is stunning, super crisp, and vibrant. Everything from movies to games looks way clearer and more immersive than on my last TV and as im preparing to move out soon this tv is lightweight and perfect size to put in my new bedroom. Setup was incredibly easy. I was able to link my Amazon account and phone in minutes, and having Fire TV built-in makes streaming a breeze. One thing I really appreciate: this TV runs cool. My old one used to heat up the room, but this one stays cool even after hours of use. Huge upgrade!

Sofar, so good. The TV has a clear sound and picture and the set up was easy as 1, 2, 3. I have never owned a fireTV before so this is definitely a new experience navigating the features

Great TV for the price! Quick and easy setup. 5 minutes from box to power up. Then another 10 minutes to add my Apps. Picture looks great and sound is decent.
