Very disappointed with the Toshiba smart tv

Very upsetting for a brand new tv. It keeps freezing for no apparent reason, Just seems to be one problem after another!!

I give it a 3 stars because sometimes if I’m watching a movie it kicks me out of the app and I don’t think it’s my internet. I think it just glitches every once and a while

aspect ratio issues - poor display settings

It may be the cable feed, but I cannot find any instruction online for this Toshiba that seems to be for this specific model. The instructions I find seem to be for a different model of Fire TV.

Stopped connecting to WIFI

Remote not covered under warranty

It is NOT covered under the one year warranty. Toshiba support is horrible. It took 5 emails and 5 different numbers to find out I have to order a new one and pay for it.
