Best Buy is iffy at best.

Beware!

Called Frontier twice. They supposedly fixed the connection problems, which reversed afterward. My son was able to fix the connection problem after two weeks of malfunctioning. I still have to turn on the t.v. manually on the screen. It also hesitates between some channels before the picture appears. I would NOT buy this t.v. again in spite of its reasonable price.

Weird display defect

Worse process experienced ever.

I never got my TV and this order is currently going through an investigation with UPS because my order came up missing. Instead of UPS updating Best buy with the facts regarding my order, they kept delaying my order so I never got it. I was however able to get a full refund from Best buy and I'm more than happy about that. But now I'm apprehensive about making any orders moving forward because I've never had to deal with anything like this before.

Got a dud... waiting to see if Toshiba fixes it

It worked well until 8/1. Now there are lines on it like the screen is going out. The TV is on a shelf. No one has touched the screen or gone anywhere near it since we sat it on the shelf 7/22. Now I need to call Toshiba (thankfully there is a 1 year warranty) - I'm just irritated because the last TV I had lasted for 15 years with zero issues. I purchased this one because I thought I needed an updated TV... but apparently new technology just isn't built to last. Wish I wouldn't have gotten rid of my old TV.

It wasn’t in excellent condition because it didn’t come with a remote or a power cord.
