Best Busy itself was great. I purchased the TV 7/22. It worked well until 8/1. Now there are lines on it like the screen is going out. The TV is on a shelf. No one has touched the screen or gone anywhere near it since we sat it on the shelf 7/22. Now I need to call Toshiba (thankfully there is a 1 year warranty) - I'm just irritated because the last TV I had lasted for 15 years with zero issues. I purchased this one because I thought I needed an updated TV... but apparently new technology just isn't built to last. Wish I wouldn't have gotten rid of my old TV.

I was disappointed because at the time of purchase it specified the tv was “open box excellent condition”. It wasn’t in excellent condition because it didn’t come with a remote or a power cord.

First TV had a problem with the chip. Second TV they delivered the wrong TV, third TV works for now. Poor customer service. They were supposed to send a gift card for my trouble, and never did. You did a poor job Best Buy.

There were two issues with this tv and both were regarding the picture. Regardless of trying to fix the contrast, brightness, settings The picture was always bright and white. Second issue was there were lines in the picture. It was so bad I had to return this tv. Dont know if this was a defective tv or not.

The tv is not good at all. I cannot watch any streaming channels without it glitching and buffering. It's not my wifi because i work at xfinity i have tried every single option to make sure it is not my wifi.

Ended up returning this item. The sound was really poor. Sounded like a computer monitor speaker and it was coming from behind the TV vs projecting out. Couldn’t get loud or clear enough in a comfortable way. Also, the screen seemed smaller than 50”.

I love the TV, but your customer service is extremely poor. Basically I ordered this as a Valentines gift for my girlfriend, but the delivery driver stole it as it was never delivered. I had to wait an extra week for it to be delivered and wasn't even offered any compensation!

After 8 months the tv started showing double picture. It is a HiSense tv with a Toshiba label. Under warranty but technician couldnt fix it so he destroyed it as per their policy but he left it there which was mot helpful. Not buying a toshiba or hisense again.

I was displeased with your Geek representative. He had attitude and really never lead me to properly use my television. My cleaning lady finally set me straight on how to use it.

This is the worst TV I've ever purchased. I've owned it 4 months and it constantly has two different shows sounds coming through the TV at the same time. Meaning I'm watching one show but another shows commentary is playing in the background as well. The only way to make it stop is to unplug the TV and wait for it to reset. It's a piece of garbage.

I just received and set up this TV and absolutely hate it. The frame is not modern /sleek. The feet are too big. Most importantly, the picture is awful. The volume doesn't adjust with the cable remote, etc. On hold with the Toshiba cs # but don't think any agent will answer. I had a HiSense that stopped working after less than 3 years and I loved it! I just found out on the box for this Toshiba that it is manufactured by HiSense! So much for avoiding buying another HiSense since it stopped working.
