    the scews to the legs would not scew in tight and stripped so the tv is kinda propped up

    My Toshiba tv was purchased at Best Buy on 2/17/24. I'm already having trouble with horizontal lines across the picture. Warning....do not buy this tv. It's a piece of junk. I purchased a Toshiba tv 20 years ago and that tv is still working beautifully. The new Toshiba tvs are trash.

    Non-working tv out the box

    Purchased tv on 4/2/24 and it does not work; can't get the remote and tv to pair. When I called customer service on 4/18/24 to inform them of the problem and exchange; I was told "No" because it was passed the 15 days, so I'm stuck with a tv that doesn't work and no help from Best buy.

    Horrible TV. Only 2 weeks old and I lost my HDMI/Arc output. Now the TV speakers are not working. Looked up the return policy. Best Buy is telling me it’s not returnable. Will dispute with Visa.

    Stay away from Fire TVs

    Bought this TV in June as a replacement for the last Fire TV I had that stopped working while under warranty. It worked well for about 3 months and then early October this TV also stopped working and when i called the customer support just said its a known issue and to bear with them. I don't recommend this tv or any other Fire TV.

    This TV does not work with my Alexa. I have requested another TV but told that I was going on to be charged $133 for a dog on install of the TV from where y’all bought a TV here that don’t work properly. If I wanted the TV that don’t work properly, I could’ve kept the one that I had. It works better than the TV that was bought here.

    No customer service from Best Buy. Ordered a Toshiba. Received a Samsung TV with a foot print on the screen. Refused delivery with UPS. Two days later they dumped it at my door and driver ran away. Best Buy isn't taking it back. Disputing order with credit card. What a joke of a company!

    Really crappy product. I plugged it in and it was fine. I mounted a bracket on the back and the screen cracked. Not once but twice.

    In the specifications, it clearly states this tv has 3 HDMI 2.1 outputs. That is false, it only has HDMI 2.0 outputs.

    I have multiple movie on vudu that i purchased and this tv is useless because i can use vudu on it. I would recommend you buy simething that is not a money hungry app lime a fire tv snart tv because its a dumb tv if you cant use other purchased movies.

    The worst picture ive ever saw. The best buy i purchased it didnt have a display available bought it anyway i had to pick it up from another best buy and they had a display i returned it before i left the store

    This TV will tell you what apps you are allowed to use. Yep. My cable provider is excluded from having an app. Thanks Fire tv. Absolute junk unless you watch whatever they want you too. Hard no on this.

    The Toshiba C350 Smart Fire is a great TV. It fits on a 38-inch tabletop, when most 50- inch TVs won't. Very bright picture, nice adjustable controls. Works well with cable Wi-Fi. I like the "frameless" design. Lightweight and easy to set- up.
