good tv's if you don't expect long life expectancy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.tv is fine, picture is fine, sound is mediocre at best, durability is fair to poor. had one that lasted 18 months, picture went out, purchased another and that one lasted 2 1/2 years same thing happened. paid around $300 at the time, now they ate $250. not purchasing another. they are good tv's just expect them to burn out within a couple years, 3 years if your lucky.

Too slow, mostly works, but not reliable.

Apps sometimes crash and never work again. I need to get a new TV after it stopped letting me do anything on it, and then unplugging it made it never want to detect my remote again, despite the remote clearly working fine since it could turn it on/off and go back and select a language. Beyond just "working" it was almost always incredibly slow, always taking a second or two to register any input from the remote.

Lost Customer

I bought the TV online and it was delivered on December 31st or so it was supposed to be open box excellent and it was just garbage. Best Buy must not have any quality control on returned items because the box was missing the cord and remote. I reached out to support online and asked if I could ship it back they said no since it was open box. I told the representative that it was shipped to me. She just said she couldn't do anything. So I ordered a cord and remote thinking its okay you still received a pretty good deal its okay and I didn't have a way to return it to the store. I receive the power cord and I plug in the TV only to find out the screen was cracked. I bought insurance on the TV but of course it doesn't cover cracks. So thats my review I no longer have confidence in Best Buy. PS called customer service to try and at least refund the cost of insurance and the representative placed me on hold and never came back on the line.
