    I loved the picture quality and features but it died after 27 months of use. Unfortunately, i did not buy the 5 year warranty.

    Unable to keep the tv from turning off after a few

    Resolution is ok the sound isn’t that great and there is no way to stop the tv from shutting off when you set away I have searched high and low nothing helps If I had know this I would not have bought this tv For the money it’s ok but you might look for another tv that gives you those options

    Better TVs available

    The picture on this TV is pretty poor. Washed out colors. The home screen looks almoat faded becaise the grey doesnt show up right. Also, every single time I turn it on I have to press multiple buttons to get back to the input I was last on. It should just stay on the last input like every other TV. Would not recommend. Better TVs for the price.

    NOOOO, never again!

    We purchased the TV in September of 2023. We watched the TV six times, as it's in separate recreational room up and out of the way from anything being able to make contact with it. Two days ago, we decided to watch movies, we turned on the TV and there was a blurred bleeding like color on the right side of the tv. There's no damage to the outside and nothing is broken. Best Buy told us to contact Toshiba which we did. Toshiba told us they'd have someone to come out and look at it. Yet instead, they asked us to send a pic. After sending the pic, although they acknowledged not seeing any cracks or damage to the tv, they claimed the inside screen is cracked and the warranty doesn't cover it. Then she had the audacity to tell us to purchase a warranty then call them back.

    First unit I brought home with damage and had to go back and get a second one which was okay but I was not happy with the picture quality.

    Worst experience at both Toshiba and Best Buy

    Save yourself time and money. This is my second Toshiba that just quit working after less than two years. Don't bother asking for any help or maybe some actual service at Best Buy or Toshiba because the first thing they say is out of warrantee. I have two Vizio's that and a Hitachi that are over 7 years old still working strong. Never shopping at Best Buy or buying another Toshiba product. They want to to rate the picture and sound quality and it's pretty hard when the Television won't even turn on.

    CHEAP and died within 13 months

    Backlight went out just 1 month after the wareanty ended and isnt compatable with my samsung 24 ultra . CHEAP PARTS

    Not a good TV, NO GOOG SERVICE FROM TOSHIBA

    I got this TV - 50C35OLU on July 25th, but Only 37 days, August 29, the TV disfunction. And Toshiba provided a number to call to get help, it is 1-888-4070396, nobody answering the phone at all!

    Toshiba Class C350 lasted almost 16 months, not even a year and a half. Sound, no picture, and none of the recommendations online work. Seems to be a common problem with Toshiba. My Sharp lasted over 23 years.

    Do not buy!!! The backlight went out on ours already. We have not even had this tv for a year!! It was not damaged in any way. I guess this in another loss and one of those, " you get what you pay for products."

    Save your money and aggravation! TV broke after 3 months. Toshiba, which is HiSense, says its not under warranty. Lots of complaint to BBB...mine is not far behind!

    Antenna streaming cuts out every few minutes. The usb ports won't read from a external hard drive. The only picture adjustment is for brightness, not for color tent, etc. This is going back.
