I am super happy with the quality of the television. The staff were more than qualified and very helpful. The young man who helped was super helpful.

Damaged in shipping

It arrived in a timely manner, I think it was 2 days, but after plugging it in the screen was clearly damaged. The box it was packaged in looked fine, but somewhere along the line from the warehouse, to UPS to me it got damaged. The return process went smoothly, and after they received it back they issued me a credit in just a couple of days. Bummer I didn't get to keep it, but lesson learned, I will buy the next one in person, just to be sure it doesn't get damaged in the shipping process.
