    I am going to return the tv I have only had it for 2 weeks and the screen already started to flicker and turn on and off the remote does not work with the tv all the time either no wonder it was in sale for so cheap

    Not recommended! This is a 2025 model with very poor picture quality. My family has purchased Toshiba for years, in fact we have a working one, in use, now, but this model was very disappointing. The picture quality is very poor and when we went back to Best Buy for assistance, they wanted to charge us additional money to have a tech come out to adjust the television. Save your money, and buy a better quality television.

    Toshiba Fire TV broke down after 5 weeks; not repairable bco panel failure. Refund very difficult; took 2 months after resending pictures and warranty information four times

    TV White Screen \ Geek Squad warranty not honored.

    After 2 months the screen went to a white screen. I purchased the Geek Squad warranty but BestBuy will not honor it and look at the TV. You have to use the manufacturer warranty.

    It lasted one month, and then the screen and picture went snow white. Best Buy told me to deal with the manufacturer about the issue. I will never buy another thing from Best Buy.

    this tv's (model number 50C350NU) software is slow loading (takes about 5 - 10 mins) and disconnects and reconnects to wifi everytime its turned on. i never had trouble with any other tv. avoid this tv and find a different one.
