After the two weeks I noticed some changes in the picture. The bottom portion of the screen stopped showing and was just black. It was completely random and weird. I tried to contact best buy and then looked on my account to see that return period was already closed. Very disappointed since I didn't even have the tv a month. I was able to do a factory reset and everything is working now. I have my fingers crossed that it was a one time fluke.
