I’d give a negative if I could. This TV is garbage. Purchased 12/7/25 by 1/3 it turned white into a ghost screen. Now the second one has started it again.

After 2 months the screen went to a white screen. I purchased the Geek Squad warranty but BestBuy will not honor it and look at the TV. You have to use the manufacturer warranty.

this tv's (model number 50C350NU) software is slow loading (takes about 5 - 10 mins) and disconnects and reconnects to wifi everytime its turned on. i never had trouble with any other tv. avoid this tv and find a different one.

bought this tv from best buy on june 18 2025 . worked twice and noticed blue streaks on screen 3rd time it is worse ! i just went on site to return it and it says non returnable since july 3 , 2025 ???? says one year warranty not 15 days !! feel ripped off!

Audio turns on and off. You have to reset everything 6 to 7 times and sometimes still doesnt work. Stay away from this tv and best buy because they wont take it back. I purchased it 9 days ago.
