Things such as picture,sound,color etc. can only be changed or accessed if you have an internet connection.You will be amazed at all the apps you can add to your set. Also smart phone connection and streaming etc. and on and on. Check this one out and be amazed at all the new things you will find a new Toshiba Amazon Fire TV can do.

Excellent TV

It is in a secondary location and allows me to "cut the cord" in my home. I only needed to sign in to all of the apps Fire to be up and running. No extra hardware required is nice. The picture was not good out of the box, but perfectly good after some tweaking. Not all of the menus are intuitive, and the voice search isn't perfect, but to be able to take the TV out of the box and spend 10 minutes logging in to apps and be up and running is great.
