I am in loove with this tv. I finally upgraded from a 32 to a 50 and it is a huge difference! The picture quality is great and the sound is amazing! I don’t even have to cut it up too high because its so loud!

Had a issue with the first one I received but best buy was quick to correct the problem. Awesome customer service. TV works great. Picture looks awesome. Remote easy to use with all the features TV came with.

This is a pretty good TV, but could be great with a minor fix. When you turn the TV off, you restart at the main TV menu. It really should start back up with what you were last watching, but other than that, I'm happy with it so far. I'd recommend especially for the price...

Since I use Amazon frequently, it was nice to have a TV whose interactive menu is very friendly to Amazon products and layouts. Even better price. Couldn't believe how cheap it was! Will buy again for sure.

Have always wanted one but been timid, so easy to use and go from one feature to the other is so streamline. I was afraid of it at first but now I have not only a Smart TV but also a TV with a Firestick in it. Go me!

This is our family TV snd it is awesome. I love the app so that when we cannot find the remote--which seems to happen a lot--we can use the phone to control the TV.

This TV has a clear crisp picture and a strong WiFi signal. We have it in the basement. The WiFi is located upstairs. We've had zero problems streaming content.

I have had this TV for a few months and I have enjoyed it thus far. My Apple TV shows beautifully on this display. Just make sure you take time to adjust the color and brightness levels and you will be good to go!

Very easy to use, like that I can "Pause" live TV, has a Channel Guide. Built-in Amazon apps run fast and smoothly, volume can get very loud, very clear picture. A great TV, I want to get another for the other rooms!

I love this TV the only reason it did not get 5 stars is because every time I turn it on I have to reset the input back to HDMI 1 for my satellite signal. I have called the company and they are worthless act like my TV is to old for them to know how to work on it I just bought this new TV around the 1st of this month, so I told them that excuse does not work. The only reason I bought this brand was because the last big TV in my house was a Toshiba and it lasted for 13 years so I got the same brand, but I told both the people that I talked to from there that this would be the last of their products I would ever buy because their customer service is so bad. best buy gave me a great price in the store actually it was better than the online price. I will recommend this TV but will make sure that I tell of the terrible customer service. Because setting this to HDMI #1 should be easy.

Bought the TV during cyber Monday because I needed a serious upgrade. The price was really good. Works great and I love that it’s fire edition. I also love that my amazon account is directly linked. Great buy

I am so pleased with this tv. I knew I wanted a smart tv, even though I didn't know to much about them. Now, with a little help from my nephew, I am able to understand the technology it has to offer.

Great image quality. I would recommend this product to everyone. Good size, numerous options and perfect size. We love all the different applications you can have on the tv, have never had a better product.

Great price for a 50” screen. We are not fond of smart tv interfaces but the Fire tv interface is actually quite nice. Great picture, speakers are so so, but we use with a receiver so that is a non issue for us.

Nice TV, and got it on sale for under $350. Great price for the features and performance. This TV is fast and responsive, performs better than my 55" Samsung SMART 1080p TV that I paid over $900.

Easy to set up by yourself. Would of been helpful to have someone remove it from the box but I was able to manage it. The instructions were easy to follow. Once powered on the TV basically sets itself up!

This tv was a great deal on Black Friday. Super easy to set up but the best part was all the apps it had. I loved that most of my amazon services are built in to the tv. Wish they had it in bigger sizes

Great TV Was a little spectacle about getting it but I did anyway for the price so far so good really can’t complain about it the picture quality is great and it’s is a 4K TV at this price I say get it

I bought this tv for my son for a Christmas gift and he loves it! He plays his game with no problems and the picture quality is great! He is enjoying the Alexa to control it also. Overall loves it!
