    Good TV, just small for the room i wanted it for. Bought another one with 65 inch. BUT that one is Super slow and very bad product. Bought from Bestbuy - Hisense Android TV 65" - very bad experience, could not return as i tried TV after return period was past. Very unfortunate.

    This TV has build in Firestick and it makes it so much easier to use and navigate! Had it for almost a year now and we haven't had any troubles. It's pretty user friendly and the screen quality is good. The only thing I don't like is how reflective it is with light. Otherwise, this is a great TV overall.

    I'm not the kind of person that has Cable tv so being able to have easy access to Netflix, Disney+, and all the other apps is a must. This TV delivers all the apps with ease and it's perfect for my needs and at a great price.

    Enjoying the larger viewing as I farmed off my 43" Sharp to the cabin and replaced it with this item in my home. Obviously newer is better, but biggest win is the remote - as simplistic as operating a Firestick. Good value, easy to find all the features, easy connectivity.

    Only issue is that the TV reverts back to main screen every time you turn it on. Does not go back to the last input So you have to use the TV remote to change input each time. Even though there is info on the internet on how to change settings to allow last input to appear, I can’t fine this setting.

      First make sure you have the latest firmware version, go Home > Settings > Device > About > Software Version > Check for system update.
      Then, try the Power On feature, when enabled, the TV turns on displaying the last used input.
      Go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.

    i would like a remote replacement for my two toshiba tv , one no longer works .the other one works half way , some buttons do not respond to the touch any more .i should have warranty on both tvs.can i have help with that .thanks

    I made the jump to 4k after reading the reviews and the black Friday sale. The interface with Amazon Fire works great and you do have options to play with if you get bored! I did like the voice control ability and the different types of apps available.

    I didn't give it 5 stars because the briteness goes up and down when watching movies. I'm don't know why. And it will turn off when you don't push any buttons at the main menu. Auto kill switch? Maybe... I guess a green savings energy built in. Those are the issues that puzzles me.

    The tv is fine but the remote sucks. It only works half the time and I had to download the Amazon Fire TV app to turn the tv off when it starts acting up. Skip this one Ty

    The Alexa interface with the TV has failed. Waiting for the warranty repair man to schedule troubleshooting and repair. With this problem the Tv is difficult to use. When working the picture and its quality is good.

    Excellent stand alone SmartTV with tons of access to streaming apps. The voice controlled remote works very well. But, it would be nice to have a voice command to engage it from a distance (without having to hold it and push the mic button).

    I like the features of an amazon firestick tv over the rest and I’m traditionally a roku guy. TV works oretty good but gets some flickers.

    I've bought only Toshiba tvs since 2016. Got 4 years out of one with Chromecast on it, but this one is way better, does everything from streaming and shows great graphics with the Xbox one x. Completed my game room for sure

    It is geared to internet usage. Trying to find cable or satellite input was difficult. Had to go to input to find the HDMI input to use cable. I just started using it Monday the 26th. I had to wait until I had a good TV stand to use before I could use the TV.

    Ordered this online and had it delivered. It came last night and we attempted to set it up. First thing was that the remote wouldn't communicate with the TV. Had to wait till this morning to call the Geek Squad for assistance. The gentleman that I dealt with was great, very patient and found the solution we needed. Now that we overcame the remote issue we got all the apps loaded and no sound. We checked the volume and sound settings but nothing stood out. Back on the phone with the GS. I told the their rep the whole story. They stated that repair wasn't available right now due to the virus which is completely understandable. So we would do an exchange. They forwarded a return label for me to call UPS and schedule a pickup. No problem so I asked if I could go to the store and pick up the replacement. She said "no, being that I had it shipped the new one would have to be shipped as well, only after they receive the returned item and process it". So we paid for a TV that arrived non-functional and did a return and then have to wait for a new one to arrive probably well over a week? And she stated "Yes, that's their policy". So I asked for a refund. With all of the money I have spent at Best Buy over the years, computers, console game systems, Ipod's, and TV's this is the way they take care of you. If your reading this please consider two things, after researching the Toshiba Fire Edition TV volume issue I learned that this is pretty common with this TV and no one has taken responsibility for it and fixed the issue. Number two is be aware of the company policies with shipping because they are not in favor of the customer. If I had known this I would have done local pickup over shipping. Thanks for taking care of your customers Best Buy!!
