You get what you pay for

Then after 6 months it wouldn't turn on at all and had to be unplugged and replugged at least once a week. Then I had to use both remotes (the tv and cable) to get it to work. Now it won't turn on at all and nothing works. It seems to be a case of you get what you pay for.

You can hear the sound but no picture. The third tv this has happened with. So disappointed.

Great for kids

I need to use 3 remotes

No solutions whatsoever from customer service. Oh well they agreed. When I synced the Comcast remote with Fire TV I find that I can control volume on soundbar, but the soundbar does not power on when I turn TV on. It used to before I synced to Fire TV. Now I power on soundbar with it's own remote. This means I need 3 remotes when I used to only need one remote with old TV with apps.

Figure out memory capacity before purchasing

Guests (and me) can’t figure out how to change the channel. It keeps displaying memory error that prevents tv from playing ANY channel or streaming app. I don’t have a fire stick so that can’t be it and who would have known to check memory size on a FireTv. Now I have a 50” brick until I reset to factory or figure out how to add memory. We moved a 32” from the bedroom to the living room ....
