I literally can’t turn it on or even set it up. Very disappointing.

Limited Apps my cable provider is not included

The set up was horrible and then I found out that the app for my cable provider was not an approved app. This sucks as I cant look at my programs without having the Spectrum app. I wish I would have know this and I would have bought another TV. Needless to say I'm taking it back.

POOR PRODUCT

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the tv wasn't i expected, It was a gift to myself, went on vacation and came back on the 1/21 and opened the box up and the picture wasn't sharp and i felt i was stuck with it since it was after the 14th of January and i was told all i can get is a store credit, that's not i wanted a refund is what i wanted. so i stuck with a tv that was returned for some reason. I WOULD NEVER BY ANYTHING FROM BESTBUY. And i'm planing to file a report to corporate and YELP....

TV always had issues

Internet signal goes in and out. tried wifi which was crap to see if it would be better but not worth it. on a gigabit ethernet connection it would drop the signal everytime it would go into standby. Never again will I stray away from a Sony or Samsung tv.

TV damaged on arrival

Unpacked and plugged it in, but the TV did not function. No apparent physical external damage, but when the TV was turned on, the backlight illuminated what appeared to be an array of multicolored vertical lines and "spider web" images on the screen. I am returning it to the store today.

I bought it brand new but it’s past the 30 days now. Started to act up after a month of owning it, then just stopped turning on except for backlight around 2 months! Unbelievable!

Freezes up and won't boot up
