The TV was open box certified excellent but didn’t come with the remote, power cord, or the screws to attach the feet. I literally can’t turn it on or even set it up. Very disappointing.

Was very upset when I finally started using the tv the remote don’t work try to get a new remotes it would not pair so I’m stuck with it

I purchased this TV on January 19, 2020 was excited about it, son installed it for me the next day. The set up was horrible and then I found out that the app for my cable provider was not an approved app. This sucks as I cant look at my programs without having the Spectrum app. I wish I would have know this and I would have bought another TV. Needless to say I'm taking it back.

The price on this tv was very affordable, but the quality isn’t great at all. On top of the quality, the remote doesn’t work.

the tv wasn't i expected, It was a gift to myself, went on vacation and came back on the 1/21 and opened the box up and the picture wasn't sharp and i felt i was stuck with it since it was after the 14th of January and i was told all i can get is a store credit, that's not i wanted a refund is what i wanted. so i stuck with a tv that was returned for some reason. I WOULD NEVER BY ANYTHING FROM BESTBUY. And i'm planing to file a report to corporate and YELP....

first it never picked up all the channels from the antenna. always missing channel 4 and 5 but both the Sony and Samsung TVs pick it up without any problems. Internet signal goes in and out. tried wifi which was crap to see if it would be better but not worth it. on a gigabit ethernet connection it would drop the signal everytime it would go into standby. Never again will I stray away from a Sony or Samsung tv.

Problems with this TV from day 1. Didn't know it had to be returned in 14 days.

Online order/price was good. Arrived in 2 days. Unpacked and plugged it in, but the TV did not function. No apparent physical external damage, but when the TV was turned on, the backlight illuminated what appeared to be an array of multicolored vertical lines and "spider web" images on the screen. I am returning it to the store today.

Purchased the TV3 months ago it is starting to flicker and then the picture goes out can't get ahold of Best Buy because of the Virus and nobody's answering my calls but l They Well sell you A brain knew when thou.... Not very happy not very happy

Broke in less than 2 months. I bought it brand new but it’s past the 30 days now. Started to act up after a month of owning it, then just stopped turning on except for backlight around 2 months! Unbelievable!

Very disappointed I return my first tv because it was broken they send a new one and the tv look use it wasn't pack properly and is defective since April 17 I made the order and I still having problem with it

Didn't have the television a year before I started getting lines thank goodness for a great customer service rep or I might have lost my Best Buy service plan because it was under a year

After 2 months it will take 8 to 10 minutes to reboot after turned off ot sleeps. This is a problem because the Geek Squad already knows what parts to order to fix this.

Completely stopped working 13 months after purchasing. Was watching tv, it turned off and won't turn back on.

We replaced this brand 3 times. Do not buy these Toshiba series. They are all bad, and with so many issues

Worst tv i ever had. Most streaming shiws end up with voice and picture out of sync. Picasso picture at times.

Trash tv don’t buy had it replaced and the second one is just as bad do not waste time money or anything

Horrible ! Wasted my money tv broke randomly and they won’t fix it . Want me to buy a new one !
