Fire TV’s- CAN’T STOP! WON’T STOP!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve purchased 3 of theses bad boys in the past month. Why? Because it’s Amazon and they’re amazing. And two, they’re legit tv’s- especaially fir the price. Bought this one and another one on an open box deal- highly recommend. Con- didn’t come with a remote. Which is stupid. But I downloaded the Fire TV App on my phone - and it works all the same. Still wish I had a remote though. Oh well. Tear, tear. Buy it! You’ll love it

1COVID9 - 8 months in
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Must have if you have Amazon’s Prime service! The user interface is very friendly and great looking (better than Roku’s and Android TV’s) 8 months in and because of this pandemic I love it much more that there was no need to fight for a new tv on Black Friday. Only con I have is that it’s running only at 59Hz, but you’re buying a entry level 4K TV so there goes that.

Decent TV.
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this as an upgrade for my bedroom TV. Maybe should have gotten a slightly smaller one, but this still works. Usually just use it for gaming and it performs well. One downside is occasionally the Home button on the remote stops working. If you remove the batteries and hammer all the buttons on it, that seems to fix that issue. Only happened a couple times so far.

A good TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this TV for a relative. It was easy to set up and is working well. It's 4K UHD with HDR. He is very happy with the quality of the picture. He gets part of his service from a satellite provider however and it is not HD quality. But that's not a problem with the TV, only his provider. Some stations he gets through the internet are great.

A great low cost monitor/tv
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a graphic designer and bought this for my home office. In the morning I connect my computer to the Toshiba and seriously expand my laptop's real estate. In the evening, I kick back in the massage chair and watch TV. This Toshiba is the best of both worlds. The only thing it lacks is bluetooth, so I connected a bluetooth receiver and hooked the Toshiba up to Bluetooth speakers.

Excellent...for the price
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had owned my last TV for close to a decade and decided that I would like a larger screen size and my Fire TV built in. This TV is just as light as my 40" was that we replaced and rests sturdily once in place. The TV doesn't have as much swivel, which would be nice to have when it is placed on a surface rather than mounted. The color is a bit washed out in appearance, but nothing that bugs me; after all, I only have $300 invested in this 50" TV. The screen, however, is quite bright. The Fire TV portion works smoother than it does when you buy it separately and use as an add on, but there is a little glitch and lag on occasion, still. This does not bother me as this is still an upgrade form my last TV and, again, the price is what it is. Overall, I am thrilled with what I have in this package for $300. I have a larger screen that the TV before it, a better operating Fire TV, and a TV that, overall, functions more quickly. The remote is very friendly and easy to use. Those who are used to the higher end TVs would not be as impressed, I am sure, but for those who just need simple, aren't too concerned with a perfect display and complete smooth functions 100% of the time, this is a great purchase for the price.

Love my New Toshiba 60 inch Fire tv!!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was the best purchase I ever made… It was a black Friday deal and it came with a free Echo Dot… My son connected it all for me and I am still getting used to learning all of the features… But the picture is fabulous and Alexa is now my best friend! I would buy this over and over again… One for each room!

Good TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this TV as a gift for my wife's grandpa. The television is nice and works well, but the remote is extremely confusing for her Grandpa. In hindsight, we probably should have bought something other than the Fire TV edition. This is not a reflection on the quality of the TV, just felt like the remote could be a little more user friendly.

Very happy with it
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Value is the key word here, at least at the price we got it. Picture quality is quite good. The almost smartphone-like range of functionality is pretty amazing having switched to this from a basic LCD with only a power button. For a while it seemed like the UI was laggy and unresponsive but online software updates / patches generally fix those issues soon after they arise.

Truly a awesome tv with great sound.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love it much, it has better sound than LG , Samsung and Visio. The picture is what is expected with 4k. Connect it with your echo dot or phone and voice control is great. I also programed my universal remote and can control all functions including cable box Nvidia shield, blue ray player from one source.

Everything I want in a smart TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am very happy with this tv. It works well with everything I have connected to it. The remote that came with the tv was able to control my bluray player without any programming whatsoever. For the most part, the voice commands work very well. Although there is a small issue with the voice commands for the volume. When not connected to my soundbar I can specify a number for the volume. For example, "Set volume to 25" and the tv will set the volume to 25. When connected to my soundbar via HDMI ARC, however, that command does not work for some reason. The volume up/down command does still work. The TV has a USB port that can be used with a thumb drive to expand the storage space for some, but not all, apps. Apps on the thumb-drive also run more slowly. One feature that I did not expect, but am happy to have is how quickly it turns on. The first boot takes some time, but after that the tv can be used within a second of pressing the power button. Is almost instantaneous. As opposed to my other TVs that show the VIZIO or LG logo for a while before you can use it. My only problem that I have had with it is that occasionally the sound seems to drop very low. It doesn't happen often (maybe 3 times in the month that I have had it) and I am able to solve it by turning the TV off and on again, so its not a big deal to me.
