    this tv is too complicated for the average individual to operate satisfactory. it is so fancy, with so many gadgets that you have to be completely tech savy just to be able to watch a simple tv show. if you're into the latest tech gadgets, then this tv is for you. if not, choose a simpler model.

    Tv had decent reviews upon purchase. Bought this tv for the bedroom and had nothing but issues with trying to stream. Amazon prime tv would take 10 minutes to load a show. Netflix was the same issue. Tv is very thick as well. Not a low profile tv when mounted to the wall. Picture and color gamut was decent. Just a headache to try and lid anything. Returned and went with the Samsung 7 series.

    The picture quality was really disappointing with this TV. High def looked very pixelated and standard def was almost unwatchable. The Nintendo Switch did look good on it though. We return it.
