    Not the best tv. TV turns on when no one is watching it. Have to unplug it daily. Says program needs updated. We have tried to update it it doesn’t work

    Tv is great the only bad thing is the remote, I need to change every week the batteries , they ran out so quick I don’t understand why.

    Order delivery delayed 4 days from promised The delivery service said couldn’t enter locked gate and there’s no lock on gate. Never given a reason why this was said maybe bes buy needs a new delivery service.

    The volume stopped working after 2 weeks and remote stopped working after a month. No comparison to Samsung

    Delivered July 24 and worked fine until now, August 14, which is 4 days past the return window because apparently you don't even get 30 days with this purchase you only get 15 days to return. Now I have a TV that has absolutely no sound no matter what I do. I was watching TV and I heard a small pop, the sound went out and it's not coming back. What a waste of money. I will never buy Toshiba again, and I'll never buy from Best Buy again.

    I bought it for my Mom for Christmas. And almost a week after it was delivered I had to call customer service because the speakers sounded distorted whenever she would try to watch Netflix or any app from the TV.

    My experience with these 4k Toshiba fire tv's have been nothing less than awful. I purchased the first one during the black friday sales event in November 2020 because this tv was on sale for $260 and it fit my budget. Upon opening the box, the tv screen was already damaged inside. I had to return it to the mount vernon best buy and get a replacement. Please save yourself the money and the stress of buying this particular tv. Don't make the mistake that I did. You have been warned. After getting the replacement Toshiba Tv in December 2020 and owning it for 1 month, the screen began flickering and flashing colors in the background of the tv nonstop. I tried trouble shooting by Toshiba's suggestions and they did not work. I then tried to contact the Toshiba company for more information and nobody answered. I then went through best buys geek squad service to set up an appointment to have some techs come to my home and swap out the defective part that was causing the problem. After waiting a few weeks passed I received an email stating that the part was not available to be ordered for my in-home appointment. So geek squad authorized me to get a replacement tv instead. I get to the store with the defective tv in tow and told the geek squad employee I wanted a completely different brand of tv because of the terrible experience I have had with Toshiba, and then I got an Insignia tv instead.

    On my second unit... started flickering and flashing during fast action about 2 months in - slowly died after that. Replaced with the same product - and I'm worried it is starting to do the same again!

    Sound randomly goes out. After research on internet this is a common problem with no known fix except completely unplug and reboot.

    Picture wise, I’m happy with tv! But have roku TVs and prefer them over the fire stick! It’s a person preference!

    Forget BestBuy warranty-they don't show up or call

    I had strange issues with this TV throughout the whole year and they're to numerous to put name them all here. But in order to fix you have to unplug it press the power button for couple of seconds. No one can tell you how long it will be until TV starts acting strange again, sometimes is a month and sometimes couple of times a day. First time technician came in March, checked couple of things, changed the setting to not being able to control this TV from any other device and left it that way. He suspected that the issues is with the main board and that if the issue persist they'll fix it. The problems still showed every couple of weeks, but in September & October I had enough and scheduled for Oct 30th to get this issue fixed. I have an email stating the date and the time and the night before got the reminder call as well. I've been very busy and it wasn't easy for me to find a time off. And as others have mentioned no one showed up. No one tried to contact me in any way afterwards either, shame on you. You remind me on our blatant lying politicians. I have a month left of the warranty for this TV and will not be purchasing from Best Buy any more. You should not either.

    Nice picture and seems like a good Tv but we haven’t even had it for a month and the sound keeps going out. I’m not impressed unfortunately

    It does the least...but not what I desire. Firstly, it lags when it comes to gaming in both video and sound. This is on the PS3, 4 AND 5. Secondly, the power comes back on by sensor. You'll have to unplug the power outlet to turn it off. It'll still come back on even on sleep mode BY ITSELF! It does have the Disney, Netflix and Hulu... although Disney is through a third party software. No problems with assembly. Very easy there at least. Good for the least, but I paid for more and not liking what I paid for.

    Worst TV I have bought on my entire life. We buy this product last year (Nov 2020), worked fine for 3 months, then it started failing. First the TV would suddenly shutdown, then it started requesting updates that would fail to download, also the remote was getting non-responsive. After that stuff things just got worst. TV won't turn on or when able to turn on will keep on main brand screen then keep restarting, not being able to do anything. Tech support is kind when I called...but that's all, none of all the guys I talk to was able to help us to find a solution for it. Unfortunately I bought this on the US and find the way to cross the border to Mexico, but due to pandemic haven't been able to return it to the store, that's the first thing I'm doing as soon as I can cross again. FYI, I also checked this issue on internet and it seems that this is something that happened to a lot of Toshiba Fire TVs

    We have lost the volume twice , had to turn off tv for 15 minutes to reset. We will be calling service at Best Buy on Monday tv is 3 weeks old glad we bought the warranty

    This was a gift for my mom, we set it up and she has used it for about 2 weeks. It will not stay connected to the internet, even though an Ethernet cable. She finally got help to set up her 7 year old TV and 10 year old laptop and both work fine with the internet, even with WiFi. I logged in to return it and find out I am 2 days late.

    I’m not reviewing the TV as it was a Christmas/Birthday gift for my husband but the problem is in the delivery! The box came quite mangled and I’m hoping when we set it up the TV itself is ok! I took a 2 year geek squad/protection package and hoping you can help me with that! I want it to go on my wall and need the correct brackets!!! Thank you! I bought another tv a few years ago and again the box was mangled and the TV itself had to be exchanged because there was something wrong with the tv!!
