Difficult user controls & no customer support

Especially for the USB feature. Support docs are limited. Attempting to contact Toshiba routed me back to Best Buy and Best Buy's support defers to Amazon's doc on Fire TV. Don't waste your money. I finally figure out on my own (after much wasted time) that to display a static image without the monitor going back to sleep, you have to "play" the image as a slideshow....

Very disappointed

First, when trying to use YouTubeTV, the sound comes on fuzzy until we go out completely, re-choose HDMI1, and go back in. But then, after owning the TV for 59 days, the picture has developed a black bar on top, and light black lines similar to a puzzle on the picture itself. Now we have to deal with calling Toshiba and the whole warranty process. I never expected this from a Toshiba.

NO SOUND

I've turned the t v Off and On and it still doesn't kick back in. I have to unplug the t.v and plug it back in just for the sound to come back on. The picture is amazing when the setting are set from the generic settings

Poor quality and even poorer service

I bought this TV on July 4th and it didn’t even work. Then when I returned it to the store I had the worst customer service experience. I can’t totally rate the quality because it wouldn’t get pass the setup. I thought Best Buy was top of the line in product and service, but I was wrong.
