    Great TV. The remote stopped working twice now, and I've had the TV maybe three weeks. This time only the power button works no other buttons are responsive so its basically useless.

    Great price but for an excellent condition, the remote was missing. The tv was useless without a remote. Called the service operator who could not figure out where the remote went since it was in excellent condition. So I just bought a remote online.

    Piece of Junk just like Toshiba Support

    Bought this TV June 1, 2021, installed June 5th quite working on September 18, 2021. Best buy no help as you try to get in contact with Toshiba, I have been on the phone now for 3 hrs and have called 5 different numbers. Still no luck with Toshiba support, (hint they sub out support and service) Since this is a Best Buy special product. When you call Toshiba Support it sends you to Best Buy so you are caught in a loop. I WILL NOT RECOMMAND THIS TV, OR TOSHIBA SUPPORT. Stay away from BEST BUY since they are not willing to help with this problem, If you buy from Best Buy make sure it is not a Best6 Buiy special buy (saying that they buy a group of TV's.

    /31/21 same thing, nothing when turn tv is turned on. Go thru process again, only comes alive for Amazon Prime channels. Local channels screen says no signal. We have AT&T TV for a provider. This is terrible service. We bought the tv from Best Buy and Geek Squad installed it. We moved here 2 months ago and have had Geek Squad in to install and wall mount 4 TVs. This is a brand new tv, not wall mounted and it is like having a tv from the 60’s when you have to get up, walk over and fiddle with the tv before you get a picture.

    T V gives a blank screen with only sound in the background. Alternates from no screen to no sound, Unfortunately this has occurred after owning the tv for less than 30 days. I am now stuck with a lemon. ):

    This TV was fine until it stopped working, 38 days after we bought it, the day after we could no longer return it! Starting on the 1/17 it no longer connects to amazon cloud. We’ve tried all fixes we have found in the forums. Total waste of money. Please research before you buy as it turns out many people have had the same issue. Paid over $300 for a tv that work 38 days.

    Terrible tv keeps cutting off and it won't go to menu when I want to switch to my roku device and if I'm lucky and it does switch I have a lot of trouble switching back to tv. Stay away from this one

    We sent the first one back It was making a cracklings sound and I recorded that with my phone Electrical issues If I could exchange I would. It’s not good because my dementia hubby can’t see spectrum

    The picture is okay. You get what you pay for. However, after about 2 months of use this TV started to shut off randomly, and has a very slow responding interface.
