Sound with No picture

I get sound but no picture. It always had issues with no sound but would come back on after turning the TV on/off. But this is very poor quality to only survive 21 months, I expected more out of Toshiba's Amazon FIRE TV.

Save your money

The colors flicker and you can see a faint line across the screen. The flickering is mostly on vibrant colors in dark scenes. I expected better quality from a reputable brand as Toshiba. I’ve owned an Insignia that gave me better picture quality and lasted me at least 11 years. I don’t recommend buying this. Unfortunately I’ve had it for 5 months and can no longer return it.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BRICK

Toshiba hardware with Amazon software...neither will provide any support. Memory goes quickly meaning you need to clear your cache and limits the number of streaming channels. Toshiba only offered band-aid fixes. Unable to removed any of Amazon products to save memory. What a waste of money!

Awful shipping

Don’t say same day shipping when you can’t even schedule until the next day. It was the convenience I was looking for and now I can’t cancel the shipping that will take 2 days. , I’ll stop in no problem but don’t tell me same day shipping when it’s not even close. I needed it for a big game now you guys have ruined it for me. Thanks! Please leave an option to cancel delivery. I’ll go get the stupid thing myself.

Dont purchase any Toshiba Fire TV from Best Buy

Don't waste your money on this or any other Toshiba Fire TV. The LCD panel went out and it's a month after the warranty expired. Best Buy said it was best to buy another one. This TV is just 2 years old. Many Toshiba fire TV have issues!!! Buyers beware.
