This was by far the worst purchases I made from Best Buy. I hope you understand the brand of Toshiba Television's should not be sold in your store. My TV has not been able to update and shut's off surprisingly when you are watching it. I will be in there to return this item on Sunday when I work six days a week and Sunday is the only time I get to spend with my family. I hope you are able to get with Toshiba.

Returned the first tv due to loose HDMI imput and a sound that can only be described as the fuzz when trying to tune an old radio to a station with each app (Hulu, Netflix and Prime). Second TV had the exact same issue. Worked fine with the cable. Video was great but the fuzzy sound is a deal breaker, and for it to be the same on two televisions.

The tv worked fine until a few days ago, the sound has become distorted and at times goes completely mute. Very annoying!!!!!

Would not purchase again, When i leave my room for 10 min the tv shuts off , try downloading an app and it said not enough internal storage space try deleting apps but cant because majority of them are Amazon apps which cant be deleted another thing that happen is the voice goes off and i have to unplug tv to get it back. I swore by Toshiba tvs not this one !!!

I order the TV for my grandchildren and signed up curb side pick and it took almost 2 day to receive a email saying it was ready I let them no I was there said out side for 1 hour than I left go pick up daughter so she could go in store to see what the problem was and the manager on duty had no answer for us poor service

Had TV 9 months. A thick multi color vertical line appeared. Threw it in landfill.

Not a good tv. The disney+ is really slow on this one ans won't even log in. I could've gotten a roku tv instead.

Bought this tv certified open box and 38 days later the tv isn’t even working. Opened the box from the start with no power cord which wasn’t listen on the box. Now I’m back on the market to purchase a tv. Absolutely dislike the whole android smart tv fire stick crap. It sucks!

I have to unplug daily to reset a frozen remote. Very unhappy with purchase.

The screen has started to flicker between normal colors and a more orange tone. It looks like its pulsating between the two different shades constantly, and this started happening only a couple weeks after I got it and now it does it very frequently. It is very poor quality unfortunately, wish I would have just spent a little more for a better one. I don't recommend it :(

they should tell you that if a tv has amazon fire that it wont let you download your Spectrum app.

It would blink...This television stopped working after 1 week

This TV is trash - Broke down less then a year after purchase (Has sound but no video) and to get Toshiba to honor the warranty is impossible. Keep calling and being hung up on after being put on hold. If you search online you'll see the same issue with this TV. Trash - Will never buy Toshiba again.

Ok TV, but picture quality is not good. TV was blurry and glitchy after a couple days.

If you have chance to pay 100$ more for different brand , do it

None of the HDMI inputs would work. Trouble shooting included changing cables, changing inputs, and calling the vendor for support. I believe this is made by Toshiba exclusively for Best Buy.
