    If you want to use headphones with an app, like Netflix, you're out of luck! The sound for the headphones only played audio from the cable box even when connected directly to the TV! I had to return it.

    TV started black screening requiring a hard reset within 3-4 months of purchase. none of the recommended actions resolved the issue. had to purchase a new TV in less than 18 months

    This tv only worked for me for 5 months and I just bought it brand new a few months ago. It started to lag up and vertical lines throughout the screen. there's no way to fix it without replacing parts of the tv. It was a waste of money and I'm never buying this tv again. DONT BUY THIS!

    Purchased 10-14-20 and set up a few weeks later. On/off button stopped working within two weeks and I've been without TV since. Today is 11-18-20.

    If I could give 0 stars I would! Spoke with customer service they was no help. Picture is horrible, sound goes in and out, I have to unplug my t.v and plug it back in just for it to work. This is the worst t.v I have ever purchased for almost $400 with the plan.

    I have had TVs that lasted decades with no problems. The sound went out on this TV in 3months. I hope it’s under warranty, but this is a headache that I should not have to deal with.

    Not For Those Not Tech Savy - Mom Fail

    Do not buy this TV for someone who isn’t tech savvy. My Mom has struggled trying to get to her shows. Very difficult to find anything even using voice command function. I have already had to factory reset and start over again. Regret buying this TV.

    I have not received the reward for opening a best buy card and my puchases from May. Also spent an hour on the phone to get my rewards and was told they would be emailed within 24 hours, still waiting more than 10 days later.

    Basically sucks! Purchased only because of low price! You get what you pay for. Should've shelled out for one-hundrid dollars more fot a quality tv. Set up extremely hard and picture quality sucks,as well. Never buy TOSHIBA again!

    The batteries in the remote go dead about every 3 days....what can we do to alleviate this problem? We aren't pleased with this issue. Other than that, the TV is great!

    Dont buy this tv!!! Loses connection with HDMI port and all the online suggestions do not work and I see alot of people complaining about the same problem.

    Don't buy If you connect the speaker system or a DVD player You will not get sound your TV will start to act up And there's no way to call to Sheba and when you get the number they don't know how to react to fix the problem

    Returned and replaced with a samsung 7 series 50 inch because the picture was going out and flickering a month into ownership. You're better off with literally anything else and pairing it with an amazon cube over this thing.

    Best Buy delivery is poor and the quality of the item is poor. Do not buy from Best Buy, you will have your products delayed after they gaslight you and say they attempted delivery but no answer.

    I purchased this tv and the entire tv screen went solid black after update and had to reboot the tv to fix that issue. The next day the entire screen had vertical lines all across the screen.

    Picture is terrible connected to cable, sound keeps cutting out and have to restart tv to correct it!!! Also makes horrible static noise when trying to fast forward dvr!!!!! Worst tv we ever purchased!!!

    I've had this TV for 3 weeks and it's trash. The color fades in and out, green lines appear on the screen and the picture distorts. I can't recommend it.
