Great picture quality and it is easy to use. It has all of the app we use, including Philo, Prime, etc. I would recommend it.

Received TV and setup was extremely easy. Clear and vibrant picture with lots of apps. Followed the directions and started watching shows immediately. Great buy for the price.

It was easy to set up and has all of the apps you could want. The Alexa voice activation is an added bonus. I was concerned about the picture quality, but for the price it good.

The picture quality on this TV is amazing. The settings options are very good too! The remote control stopped working consistently after about a month of use. It turns out that this is a common problem with this unit. In order to get a replacement remote control, I would have to remove the TV from the wall and return it to the store instead of swapping out a remote. It's not Best Buy's fault. So please be aware that this could happen to you. Instead, I purchased a Fire TV replacement remote for $30.

Love this tv, fire stick built right in makes everything accessible to you. No more looking around for multiple remotes. Picture quality is awesome. Easy to maneuver, & set up.

I got this TV because it was a good price point and came with Fire TV along with it. After setting the tv up, I ran the FireTV update (which took 4 hours) and downloaded the apps I wanted. None of them opened. I called customer support and they had me do a factory reset. I did it, update took forever again, same result. Returned the tv the next day. Save your money, don’t buy this.

Such a huge upgrade from my 8 year old 32”! Awesome tv- awesome price! Plenty Loud enough and clear picture. Easy set up and very simple and clear remote. No complaints here!

Great picture & sound. Remote works well, but is small & no backlight so I use the downloaded remote on my iPhone so can see the controls at night without lights on.

Great picture (especially when compared to the first gen. flat screen we had). Good sound (especially since one parent is hard of hearing). Easy app set up.
