    I gave this a 5 on week 1.I should have believed the negative reviews.But worse than the tv being bad C.S. was astonishing.Here's how it went down.This Toshiba crapped out after 4 months.I bought a new insignia and when picking that up,best buy C.S. told me to call Toshiba and they will pay for postal and send you a better tv.Toshiba C.S. puts you on hold for 20 minutes then tells you they can't take your call and go to THEIR website.Chatting on their website trying to find out if my tv can be fixed or not a probably robot technician sends me to a real technician that won't talk to me unless I pay for a 14.99 a month program and registrer in an account with my bank info and everything.I geuss I am out 350 bucks and a bad tv that best buy promotes.I have never had a problem with a insignia or Westinghouse not smart TV.They last 20 years.

    Loved this tv til it decided to die on me this morning. No picture just sound and no way am I paying the price to fix it when its probably cheaper to get a new one.

    I was one of the unlucky ones with this Tv got a good deal on a open box. would not stay on kept rebooting. Did all Amazon support said to do factory reset software all updated still would not stay on? Disappointed as I wanted to link it with my echo show and smart home.

    TV was getting frozen all the time. I dont know if it was because of the fire installed in the tv. I went to return it or exchange but you only can do it with the insurance to repair. I didn't want a repair because it always give you problems after.

    Bought this in Oct 2020. TV screen went black w/ sound March 2024. It didn't even last 4yrs. Nvr buying a Toshiba TV again.

    This was the worst tv I've ever bought. Worked for 7 months then the remote wouldn't work with it. Bought a replacement remote. Still nothing. They were no help at Toshiba or the geek squad.

    Backlight died after 3 years and 4 months of ownership. I have two Samsung LCDs that are 19 years old and 14 years old and still work great for comparison. Too bad they're 1080p but still used for casual watching rooms. While it was working constantly said there wasn't enough space for updates with only 6 apps installed.

    Picked this up brand new at Best Buy last night, it worked alright. When I had Netflix on, it played the audio, but there was nothing on the screen. No problem, I switch it to our Apple TV and it’s fine. Today? It won’t let us off the Home Screen. Every 5 seconds it jumps back to the Home Screen and won’t let us watch anything. Both my husband and I are millennials so it’s not like we’re strangers to new technology, so it’s not user error. There is something very wrong with this TV and we’ll be returning it tomorrow.

    Purchased this TV in store May 29th, 2021. The screen started flickering red panels vertically down the screen 3 weeks in to owning. If you tap the TV on the side the lines go away. Today is June 29th, 2021 and now the screen is black and doesn't display anything. Horrible TV! I had the toshiba 32in TV for two years and had no issues so when i needed a bigger TV decided to purchase the exact same one, mistake. Do not purchase. I tried calling customer support yesterday when the red vertical lines wouldn't go away and they were of no help since i purchased the TV in the store.

    It just stopped working after 3 years. It will power on for a quick second and then shuts off. Do not purchase this TV.

    Horrible - need to restart TV all the time

    I only have this TV for about 8 months and really regret buying it. The memory mgmt is so poor that it freezes 3x per day and I have to unplug it and plug it back in to work. Couldn't get USB memory to work and geek squad was no help (couldn't answer a single question and could only recommend a house visit). I'm probably going to just throw it out because I wouldn't feel right unloading it on someone else. Get a regular TV and save yourself grief.

    Fire TV dead in less than 4 years

    This tv was repaired under warranty in 2022 and now has backlight failure. 3 1/2 years is a terribly short life for a tv. Hard to believe Best Buy would allow this as an exclusive to their stores. I will not be using Best Buy in the future.
