Great smart tv! Good picture and sound quality. Easy to sync with other devices.

Easy set up. Clear picture. Access to many different apps that provide multiple TV viewing options.

Picture quality is great BUT 2 1/2 stars deducted for crappy remote and slow smart software. Not to mention you can’t turn off auto shut off on television for energy savings. Also there’s been a couple times where I try to raise the volume but it won’t work, than moments later the volume is suddenly raised to the max without the functionality of the controller. So I would have to resort to unplugging my tv. The thing about the remote is that it has been disconnecting and not working once every couple months or when the tv is accidentally shut off by cord. It’s actually a common problem if you google this model and controller issue. There’s a way to reset the controller but this shouldn’t be an issue in the first place. Software isn’t as fast as the TCL model which I had previously. It isn’t a big deal so that’s a 1/2 a star deduction.

DON’T BUY IT. 2months in, no longer returnable. It will no longer connect to my WiFi. I tried everything. Other devices are connected fine. The restart does nothing. I called Amazon Fire help. They told me to call Toshiba. I ended up w Best Buy Employee number. They gave me the other BB for Toshiba number. Got cut off. Started over. Had to try factory reset. That did nothing. No repair appt avail for days (Means no TV in my family/Bedroom (I have and enormous swivel mount that serves 2 rooms). Then I’m sure when they come to “Fix it” that they won’t also just have a new one with them, in case they cannot fix the issue. If that happens, then how much longer do I have NO TV? I’m paying for TV subscriptions that I cannot use on my main TV. This sucks! But pic quality was good and remote (other than small and very slippery) works well. Ugh! Buy a Roku TV instead. Then you get tons of free Roku channels and you don’t have to spend another $50 for a Roku that will use your only 1 USB.

Colors are vibrant and the firetv with 4k works great. Sound is particularly good for a flat screen too!

Bought to replace my Samsung TV which died in an accident. In comparison, it is a superior TV with 3 HDMI inputs verses 2. And plugs for analog input and sound output. The Amazon Fire smart function in my option is far superior to the Samsung. I would give a small edge to the Samsung for Dish TV picture quality.

buggy Ap. Tv seems to freeze at times. its just buggy not a horrible thing. you just have to press the home button on the remote and use the settings to power off and on the tv and all is good again for a while. The picture is pretty good for what i use it for. bedtime series binges to put me to sleep. Have not used it for anything else.

Bought this as a Christmas 2020 gift for my 70+ year old grandparents. They’ve had a fire stick but had been using it with an older plasma TV that was about 11 years old. The difference in brightness and picture quality obviously blew them away but even coming from my Samsung LED TV I was impressed. Impressive colors and brightness. The 4K and HDR seems to be on par with offering from lower to mid range Sony and Samsung.
