    Purchased Oct 2020. Worked fine up until 4 or 5 months ago when I started experiencing flakiness with the TV responding to the remote. Sometimes the TV responds when I press a remote button, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes upon pressing a button once (e.g., channel change, volume), there is a delay and suddenly the TV repeats the button press many times over. For example, sometimes I press the volume up (+) button a single time, and the TV responds by increasing the volume from the current setting to the max (very loud!) and the only way to stop it is to unplug the TV. The image I included shows the net effect of me pressing the volume up button a single time - the TV responded by increasing the volume from 20 to 100! Bottom line is changing channels or adjusting volume is extremely unreliable, sometimes making the TV virtually unusable. The remote is not damaged, was never harshly treated, I've replaced batteries, etc. Also, WIFI is perfectly fine, strong signal.

    This tv is fun to use and we don’t have cable or satellite service. It’s nice to be able to control with your voice.

    Had this for less than a month and started getting multicolored vertical lines blocking the picture. Very disappointing! Tried everything to fix it including resetting it to factory settings, all to no avail. Returned it for a Samsung 55 in. for $20 more and was amazed at how much better picture quality is with the Samsung even before the vertical line issue. Zero stars. Would not recommend.

    I bought this TV not realizing it was not compatible with Apple (iPhone, MacBook) for mirroring, but it does have the Apple TV app so you may watch purchases made. The tv is very thin so fits nicely in my mantle. It is also very lightweight so I was able to lift it on to the mantle on my own. The sound isn’t good at all, so it recommend you have a sound bar or some other sound system to connect to it.

    I just purchased this brand new TV a moth ago from Best Buy on September the 5th 2021. After a month I stated seeing some vertical lines on screen. I've contacted Best Buy Repair services and the made several repair appointments but nobody showed up. Then they stated my TV was damaged and the guarantee will not take care of it. Who damaged the TV??? We took good care of the TV and how could it be damaged. Best Buy sold to us thie TV in bad condition and didn't want to fix it.I just purchased this brand new TV a moth ago from Best Buy on September the 5th 2021.     Solid Color Nightmare

    At first, things were going well with the TV, but it started to display solid colors or glitched patterns (as shown in the pictures) when displaying HDMI output, with it glitching out and returning to these solid colors often when you switch between inputs. Even after a main board replacement by Geek Squad (this review isn’t about them — Geek Squad was awesome and incredibly courteous), the issue still remained. Even if the issue happens occasionally, it’s still annoying enough for me to not recommend this brand of TV to anyone.

    I bought this TV for $250 on Black Friday and I unfortunately had the worst unboxing experience with a new electronic device. The intended use was our master bedroom so we did not think it we needed a high end model just a decent budget TV for night viewing. Well even the menu screens on Netflix, YouTube etc look blurry. I compare it to other TVs in my home and it is very obvious. We played with the setting for hours and liked online for what others set theirs to. I would not recommend this to anyone

    Don’t buy! Had black line at the top after 30days. I was using as a second tv, very little use. Thinking Toshiba was “better brand” as the salesperson said compared other low cost TVs they carried...I would say spend a little extra and save the on frustration. No longer returnable according to my BB account.

    Was a great TV for a year and a half and then due to a defective part black bars started appearing at the bottom of my screen and were unable to be repaired. So after less than two years, I was forced to get a new TV.

    Netflix is NOT certified on this TV - December '20

    Be aware, as of December 2020, Netflix does NOT work on this TV. It has not been certified by Netflix. I called Netflix with the error code, they confirmed, then I called Toshiba and they also confirmed this is an issue and their engineers are 'working on it' but no timeframe for a fix Call them yourself before you buy if you don't believe me...Toshiba's phone number is on the bottom of the linked user manual on this product page. Or go to Netflix and type the error code in my image into their Help section. Taking this TV back...Best Buy just said 'hum, that's unusual, pack its up and bring it back in and exchange for something else...' Too bad, otherwise is a really nice TV.

    I get it I bought this open boxed. It said was in excellent condition when I bought it. When I received it, it was not in its box and was wrapped in bubble wrap and tape. I did not turn it on right away until I was back home which was some months later. I kept it in my room and never touched it. I finally turned it on today and it's broken. Disappointed, but I guess that's on me for not looking at it sooner. Lesson learned. Don't buy open boxed.
