DO NOT BUY this TV -

Naturally, just after a year of having this TV (delivered 9/11/2021 started using 11/12/2021) it goes BAD! The "Prime Video" App stopped working more than a month ago giving an "Error Code 9912" which makes the App useless so we are unable to see anything we want to on Prime Video and NO ONE at TOSHIBA KNOWS WHY! Additionally, because this is the default app you cannot uninstall and reinstall it. Another issue is we have to keep rebooting the TV if we go from cable to Netflix or another app because the Toshiba TV cannot go from the cable input to a streaming app without giving us an error message "Unable to load the video at this time please try again later." We have Reset the TV, Reset all our other devices - fought with our internet and cable providers thinking it may be an internet problem, changed the outlet the TV is plugged into, done a hard and soft reboot of the TV - all without success! BTW the two techs we have spoken to at Toshiba admitted that MANY users are experiencing this issue so BUYER BEWARE! This purchase was an absolute waste of money, time and energy. We purchased it for a vacation home so not even able to take it back to the store and may now have to purchase another TV - it won't be a Toshiba, that's for sure! We'll stick with more reliable brands like Sony, Sharp, etc.
