The "Squad" came in, mounted, set all of them up and was out before I could program the 1st one. Very efficient, professional and extremely helpful with explanations and suggestions. Will always do my shopping at Best Buy!!!! Oh yeah, the TV's are great!!!!

Seriously flawed product

The issue is, EVERYTHING runs off the remote and the remote is fragile like a house of cards, so when (not if) the remote breaks, you can’t do ANYTHING unless you spend $50+ on a new remote. You can’t control anything on the tv (including power/ inputs/ volume) without a working remote. We bought a brand new fire tv in July 2020. By February 2021 we had so many issues that a Best Buy just told us to bring it in and replace it! We got a new motherboard bc the power wasn’t working. Then we were having audio issues. Then the remote broke. Good luck with the remote bc it’s NOT covered with the geek squad plan! And install the fire tv app on your phone ASAP bc that’s the only way to control the tv once your remote breaks. We could never get casting from our phone to work. We managed to “fix” our older fire tv (it’s less than 3 years old and it only worked for about a year) by buying a brand new fire stick... but it keeps losing signal and not working, which means turning it off and on again to reset it. Like 3/5 times. These TVs are lemons. They work great at first but problems ensue. We swapped it out for an LG and are happier with it. Better picture. The good thing about the fire tv is the remote is sleek and the main apps have their own buttons to press to open them quickly.
