Easy to setup, good quality material and easy to use.

We’ve burned our way thru 2 of these TVs in less than 2 years. The issue is, EVERYTHING runs off the remote and the remote is fragile like a house of cards, so when (not if) the remote breaks, you can’t do ANYTHING unless you spend $50+ on a new remote. You can’t control anything on the tv (including power/ inputs/ volume) without a working remote. We bought a brand new fire tv in July 2020. By February 2021 we had so many issues that a Best Buy just told us to bring it in and replace it! We got a new motherboard bc the power wasn’t working. Then we were having audio issues. Then the remote broke. Good luck with the remote bc it’s NOT covered with the geek squad plan! And install the fire tv app on your phone ASAP bc that’s the only way to control the tv once your remote breaks. We could never get casting from our phone to work. We managed to “fix” our older fire tv (it’s less than 3 years old and it only worked for about a year) by buying a brand new fire stick... but it keeps losing signal and not working, which means turning it off and on again to reset it. Like 3/5 times. These TVs are lemons. They work great at first but problems ensue. We swapped it out for an LG and are happier with it. Better picture. The good thing about the fire tv is the remote is sleek and the main apps have their own buttons to press to open them quickly.

Toshiba TV purchase....my son convinced me to get a "smart" tv instead of using my older sets...went to Best Buy, a sales person assisted us, and we walked out w/the TV set. Only observation is the refresh rate is slower than other sets... will see how that affects my viewing of football this fall.

Amazing picture and it has the firetv built in to it.

Purchased at a great price on Black Friday, but veryunhappy with this TV. Very difficult to setup. The picture is awful, and even playing with the settings, (which we did for for hours), didn't help produce a clear, color balanced picture. Every channel or Movie requires adjusting again. The colors are flaring and hovering and everything else is washed out. Never had this issue with any TV I've purchased over the past two years. Mode 2.0 produces a better picture but no sound. Sound only comes through on Mode 1.0. I swtiched out the Rocketfish 4K cable back to an HD and it produces a better picture, but certainly not a quality one. Unfortunately the box is gone, so I'm stuck with it.

This is one of the few tv's that comes with the sling app and I needed this app to be able to stream the shows I watch quite often and this way I was able to do away with dish tv and save about $80.00 a month. I am very happy with this tv in every way.

I am very satisfied with the TV my son in stalled it and had no problems whatsoever the only negative experience I had is that it came later than it said it was going to and I Was going out of town and was worried that it was going to come when I was not home but it just made it in time

doesn't pair with cable remote,have to use the TV one then juggle the other remote to hope it works.Picture & size are nice. Guess if you want to stream at even more of a charge it is ok.

I bought this tv to replace one that had broken a few days prior. It has alexa which I like on my lazy days when I don't feel like typing out titles. The only con is the remote is super sensitive. I have to keep it away from me or a slight touch changes the screen. Other than that I'm pleased with this purchase

set up was easy.. but the sound is out of sync when watching TV.. I have tried correcting with all the instructions I can find online but can't. Everything else has been great but having the sound not sync with the picture is annoying.

Nice picture and sound quality - when the sound works. Twice in the first month the sound just quit during a viewing. Nothing corrects except unplugging and reconnecting to outlet. We'll see if this is a consistent issue longer term.

It works fine. I can't go to his records to check med info on the 1st or the other day in Prattville and I will be able to get the intervention in place next year ending in the plan to address biting and the other two things that are not having his glasses or anything like that.
