It may be TOO SMART for me ;) Love the picture & size

Toshiba TV purchase....my son convinced me to get a "smart" tv instead of using my older sets...went to Best Buy, a sales person assisted us, and we walked out w/the TV set. Only observation is the refresh rate is slower than other sets... will see how that affects my viewing of football this fall.

Clear picture, dynamic sound. Great for the price.

Purchased at a great price on Black Friday, but veryunhappy with this TV. Very difficult to setup. The picture is awful, and even playing with the settings, (which we did for for hours), didn't help produce a clear, color balanced picture. Every channel or Movie requires adjusting again. The colors are flaring and hovering and everything else is washed out. Never had this issue with any TV I've purchased over the past two years. Mode 2.0 produces a better picture but no sound. Sound only comes through on Mode 1.0. I swtiched out the Rocketfish 4K cable back to an HD and it produces a better picture, but certainly not a quality one. Unfortunately the box is gone, so I'm stuck with it.

I am very satisfied with the TV my son in stalled it and had no problems whatsoever the only negative experience I had is that it came later than it said it was going to and I Was going out of town and was worried that it was going to come when I was not home but it just made it in time

This is one of the few tv's that comes with the sling app and I needed this app to be able to stream the shows I watch quite often and this way I was able to do away with dish tv and save about $80.00 a month. I am very happy with this tv in every way.

TV is fine - just wish it were a little easier to switch off the unwanted extras like Alexa. No offense Alexa, but - not a fan. Then again - seemed like all the TV's were trying to sell those same extras.

doesn't pair with cable remote,have to use the TV one then juggle the other remote to hope it works.Picture & size are nice. Guess if you want to stream at even more of a charge it is ok.

set up was easy.. but the sound is out of sync when watching TV.. I have tried correcting with all the instructions I can find online but can't. Everything else has been great but having the sound not sync with the picture is annoying.

I bought this tv to replace one that had broken a few days prior. It has alexa which I like on my lazy days when I don't feel like typing out titles. The only con is the remote is super sensitive. I have to keep it away from me or a slight touch changes the screen. Other than that I'm pleased with this purchase

Nice picture and sound quality - when the sound works. Twice in the first month the sound just quit during a viewing. Nothing corrects except unplugging and reconnecting to outlet. We'll see if this is a consistent issue longer term.
