It works fine. I can't go to his records to check med info on the 1st or the other day in Prattville and I will be able to get the intervention in place next year ending in the plan to address biting and the other two things that are not having his glasses or anything like that.

I bought this for a basement room, and it picks up my home wifi from upstaires really well. The fire remote and included promotional echo dot are easy to use and pickup commands easily enough. I'm pleased with it, and qould consider buying another fire tv in the future.

This tv shows a really good picture, however at times the tv sound is staticky and you have to turn the tv off for at least an hour, which is very frustrating especially when you are in the middle of a movie.

Not a bad TV. Has some issues with it not wanting to turn off so you have to use the voice command. Otherwise not a bad purchase.

The new TV purchase is good. There is difficulty finding the channels I wish to see. A TV Guide would have been a great addition with my purchase. TV Guides are non existing, so it appears. I view only 10--12% of all channels, just as many others.

This TV is amazing. We just redid our fireplace and wanted a TV to be placed in the mounted area. The crown molded around the TV makes it looks like a brand new house. We always get compliments of the mounted TV and soundbar on the mantelpiece.

I am very pleased with my Toshiba 50" 4K tv. It is just what I was looking for. Great price as well. I recommend anyone looking for a tv that has everything, even shopping on Amazon, this is the one for you.

Exactly as described. I would recommend also getting a center support mounting stand if not a wall mounting bracket. The legs with the TV are adequate, but if you have kids or dogs running through the house you may want some type of sturdier support for the TV.

He’s 96. His cable bill is 213.00 a month. I delivered It, set it up, hooked up a ton of streaming stuff, I guess how much is cable bill is now? Yep $230 a month. He couldn’t grasp the concept of streaming So I hooked it back up to cable.

Good pic and quality overall. Only giving it a 3 stars because audio sometimes goes out. Out of no where the audio will go out and we would need to un plug and plug back in for it to come back.

The screen is amazing. I had an old flat screen and the comparison is a huge difference. 4k movies are amazing. The only issue is that I can not connect my Bluetooth 12-inch speaker from the menu. It would be nice to have some bass when watching a movie.

i had purchased the printer/fax for my father as it would be easier for him to use. the associates at Best Buy were very helpful and informative on when purchasing the device to make sure it would be a very easy experience. Thank you BB

Box showed up torn and was very wet. It was not raining, but the tv was dry in plastic. The TV itself seemed dusty but worked. The sound Quality doesn’t seem the best it could be. The picture looks great

This 50 inch 4K display looks nice and is priced right. Alexa integration is straightforward and useful. The Amazon Prime video, Disney plus and DishAnywhere apps work as expected. There is no NBC Peacock app due to a current dispute between NBC and Amazon. Both the NBC and ABC apps fail to load properly; attempting to update fire OS as requested does not help. The Amazon fire tv forum documents the frustrations of users and seeming lack of response from Amazon. The integrated fire tv environment is nice in theory, but comes up short in practice. The limitations of fire tv OS could require addition of a separate streaming box. The apps that work, work well. Some apps don’t work at all.

The remote control died after 2 months and was not covered under the manufacture warranty and Best Buy offered no assistance so I had to purchase an extended warranty at an additional cost.

Smart TV's are the best if you are younger than 70 yrs old. It was very difficult for my in laws to get to the cable section upon start up. Of course it can't have a start menu to start on cable. Cause you make your money on all the apps.

I was looking for a replacement TV, my den TV had gone out and I was down to 1. I like the interface that allows me to go right to the programing I like, Prime or Youtube. I don't have to have the Fire TV interface either. Nice upgrade for me.

Love the quality and price. I was worried reading some reviews about the way the images look from the side and how it may not be too bright, but for my bedroom, I do not want such a bright picture because I watch tv at night so this tv is perfect.

I appreciate the great customer service provided by the employees of the store with the way they handled and put my TV in my car safely. I will definitely be buying more stuff in the future
