Great TV, just what we needed. We were looking for a "SmartTV" to fit into an alcove and this fit perfectly! Toshiba w "Firestick" is exactly what we were looking for! We already had a smaller version of this, so we were excited to find the larger version.

I bought this tv for my 93 year old great grandmother. She sits about 6 feet away from the 50 inch screen and loves it. The Fire Tv interface is simple enough for her to navigate. Although it isn't the best tv on the market. it sure makes her happy.

We purchased the same TV about a year ago and very much liked how easy it was to use with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other apps. We just purchased two more for our spare bedrooms. They were easy to install and much lighter than our older flat screen TV's

Despite the size, this unit was very easy to handle when I mounted it to the wall. The picture quality is awesome! Still getting use to the remote, but overall, a great value.

I bought this TV for the bedroom. I was surprised by all the features it had. Picture is great, except action sequences. I sacrificed the higher refresh rate for the Dolby Vision. I can't wait to get a PS5 and connect it to this. Only glitches I run into thus far: 1. I have the new Bose TV Speaker connected to this TV. For some reason, the communication between the two is spontaneous. I have the Bose connected via Optical Cable. Unsure why the TV suddenly switches over to Bose without turning it on. The settings are not programmed for Custom unless selected. 2. Using the Pluto App. We have found that the Picture will suddenly Zoom and Pan the Screen. It makes watching shows like Big Bang Theory appear like raw footage. Minor problems, but not consistent. Overall, wonderful extra TV. I would reconsider as a main TV.

Great picture and color no problems plugged in it updated with wifi and worked fine. I actually got this for an outdoor area so we will see how long it lasts. Had a Sony before that lasted over 10 years. The TV is light and easy to mount.

Got it on sale during the cyber monday sale. I needed an inexpensive large-ish TV with a decent picture. FireTV built in is nice to have as well. When I first got it, I did notice a "cloud" in the middle of the screen. This was visible when there was a dark background. A quick search on the internet solved the issue. The cloud is a thin pocket of air. All you need to do to fix it is gently push the cloud area to the edge or corner of the screen with your fist (gently) - similar to how you would remove air bubbles from a phone screen protector. After doing that, picture has been great, and the cloud issue has not returned. So far after several months of use, the TV has exceeded my expectations for the picture quality and the good sound you get out of the speakers. Thumbs up.

Really nice TV. Its so light(22.5 lbs) that mounting it was easy. The picture is fantastic, the speakers are very good. I really like the Alexa remote and that Alexa is built in. It's so convenient. The voice control is sweet.

Great picture. Easy to set up. The sound is not great, but I don't think any TV today has good built in speakers. I think they are all set up to use auxillary speakers/sound bars.

Great picture and the remote has individual buttons for Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and IMDB. One minor thing. The remote seems to need three steps to get back to cable programming instead of having an exit button.

I was skeptic about this purchase because of the low price that I got it but it's worth so much more. Apps are pre-loaded and connecting it to the Internet is a breeze. The 4K picture is great for this price range,

Toshiba must have a deal with Amazon because you need an Amazon account to get the full benefit from this TV. Picture is good and set up easy, but everything seemed to have to go through Amazon.

Bought it for my mother, who is not tech-savvy. She loves the size of the screen and the ease of use. She also likes having access to the "online" shows as she calls Netflix. Overall a very good purchase.

This is the first new TV I have bought in around 15 years. I usually just pick up people's old TVs off of the side of the road, or get an upgrade when a friend or family member gets an upgrade. Let's just say that I didn't know what I didn't know about TVs when I did my research here. Calling something a "Smart" TV no longer means what it used to mean. I was expecting a standard TV that was able to download some apps if desired. That is not what I got, this is a TV controlled entirely by the Amazon Fire Operating System. I already have multiple Fire TV products, I didn't really need more. Cons: -It does not want to work without being online. You can do it, but it is very insistent about wanting internet access. -There is a Home screen. It doesn't just do TV things when you turn it on. You can change this in the settings, but having a Home screen is something that I feel is unnecessary. -The "Gear" icon on the remote does not bring up device settings like you would expect. That just brings up display settings for the HDMI currently in use. -You can't change the time on the system manually. You have to give the TV internet access to have the correct time displayed. All you can change is what time zone you are in. -I am not a fan of the "Best Buy" logo on the back of the TV. Whenever a TV is made specifically for a select retailer, it just makes me think that I am getting lower quality parts. -You can't disable the power indicator on the bottom of the TV. Every TV I have owned in the past has an option to turn that off, and I have been through all of the settings and I can't find one for this model. Pros: -It looks nice. None of these "cons" are deal-breakers to me, they are frustrating, but I can manage. I was really excited about finally having a 4K display, but I didn't realize how frustrating technology has become.
