It's definitely a plus you dont have to put a fire stick on it. The sound is very good. Remote is a little cheap. I bought it as an open box and the price was great for the type of tv and size.

It worked for about 3 hrs-long enough for her to set everything up, get all the apps she wanted and then the picture went out, still had sound.....such a disappointment

Had a problem setting up Netflix thru a external serene hearing device. Resolved by going on line and printing a manual. A hard copy with the purchase would have been helpful.

Switched to the Toshiba 55" and so far works better than expected. I got the 5 year plan this time. I bought this tv on line and had a good experience !
