Love using voice command remote. And great picture!

I like this TV a lot, especially if you're a cord cutter. It's great value for the money. I just wish it had an SD card (only has 16 GB onboard memory and that gets filled out fast once you download a few apps), and I can't cast from my phone or tablet to the TV. Otherwise it works well, looks good, and does what I need.

Fire tv is good for begginers bit have some delays.

So gar so good. The only draw back which I haven’t figured out yet is the sound control if there is any. I purchased a Sengled bluetooth speakers specifically for this TV but no sound is coming out but when I had those speakers hooked up in my old tv, i t was working fine. Otherwise Im pretty happy with it.

Great to watch a movie or show that looks so clear.

Bought a Toshiba 4K Fire Smart TV on Black Friday and it stopped working playoff weekend! Enjoyed until now. Hoping the Best Buy/Toshiba exchange experience is easy and they accommodate me accordingly since I had it installed thru Geek Squad. More to come.

I chose this TV because it works with my Alexa echo. so far I love the way it works, I can ask for the weather and it shows it on the screen I can also ask get to change inputs and it does it quickly . I would definitely recommend this TV for anyone who is searching for a smart TV with the built-in Alexa

This is a fire TV. I enjoy streaming from my private media collection, including family events. We have a fire stick so we're familiar with the TV operation. One thing that's better than the fire stick is that the TV can be connected directly to the network without wireless; this is more reliable and no buffering.

My first smart TV, so maybe they are all like this, but you can't just turn it on and watch TV. You need to use their remote to select the input every time. You need to select sound, picture size, and color options too often. Lastly, the sound is not that great. The discounted price I paid makes it worth keeping.

I'm no TV expert with regards to pixels, lcd, and all that other tv jargon. I just know that I'm very happy with imagery of this television. My only complaint is that so much of this TV depends on the Amazon remote. Being a mom, I'm hoping I nevert lose the remote. And if so, how expensive will the replacement be?

I’m giving it a 3 star rating because of the picture quality when watching a show that’s has a dark background. The picture auto adjust so when there’s a seen in a dark room it becomes difficult to see. Annoying at times. Set up was easy though

A fine new TV. Perhaps this smart TV is too smart. It turns on as a monitor as much as a TV. Before is was connected to the internet, it froze up, unresponsive to the remote, and needed to be unplugged. We have not begun using this as our main TV, so I will have more to report when we use this new TV more.

tv was a good buy. noce volume and graphics. the alea built in app was a disappointment. she dose not have most the ability that she would on every other device like set alarm. also alexa was slow to process comanda like play the strain. it would take 4 mins to process. so vice comand not what one would think.

Everything about this process was great. The Best Buy team helped me pick the tv that I needed for my home. They went above and beyond to find a great tv. It is very easy to navigate and I was able to connect to my network and amazon account so it was up and running in minutes.

I ordered on line and picked up my tv the next morning. Downloaded the app so was able to let the store know I was in route to pick up. Once I arrived and entered the store I was directed to the pickup desk who had my order ready. Everything was easy and went really smooth.

Decent mid grade set, average picture quality, fire tv is a bit overbearing on how much it controls and the basic picture and app selection adjustments it doesn't allow. Limited inputs and outputs as well for a set at this price range, then again you get what you pay for and this was on sale.

I love the size, image, and interface. I’m not sure if it’s just mine or if all of them have this issue but it does freeze up on me sometimes making me wait for it to load for up to 3 or 4 minutes which can get annoying.

I can’t tell you how happy we are with this TV! Honestly I was wondering if a Toshiba Fire TV was the way to go. I’m so glad we went with this one. It is so user friendly and we are amazed at the fun Alexa features! This is more then a new TV, it is a new lifestyle! Love it!

Product is fine. Still learning how to use it. Was very dissappointed in what I had to go through to make an exchange. The first TV sat in my home for nine days with me constantly calling to get it picked up. I didn't know what to think about Best Buy's integrity. Got the run around.
