The TV itself has been a wonderful purchase! Wonderful display and UI. Only reason it’s not a 5-Star is because the remote can be unresponsive at times. But the simple remedy is turning the tv off and back on. Other than that I love it!

I bought this amazon tv a couple of months ago and I'm very pleased with, it's very user friendly, the Alexa feature works great, streaming is very responsive when changing from Netflix,HBO,Hulu and more. Two thumbs up.

i like the tv but the fire os isnt the greatest. it is harder to switch between hdmi and an app like hulu than a non fire tv. also if you pause something and the screen saver comes on your tv will take you back to main menu

I was nervous buying a TV NOT from one of the more common brands. But it's a great TV still and I've owned it for almost 2 years! It's super smooth interface runs all my apps flawlessly.

Cheap, definitely don't recommend for gaming, the latency is horrible and will leave you sick if you plan on using it for FPS. I used it to play Metro Last Light and almost vomitted from the extremely late inputs.

What an amazing tv! Have this for almost 4 years, runs amazing, can download all streaming apps. Buy this you won’t regret! (Need an amazon account for best features).

We previously had a Toshiba and loved it but after years of great performance the tv decided it wanted to retire. We bought this new smart Toshiba and love it equally as much as the previous one...Great resolution!

Overall a nice TV. But even at 2160p the refresh rate must not be very high. There is noticeable static and motion blur. But it is an inexpensive item for the quality of the picture.

Tv is great. Colors, speakers, and responsiveness are all nice. My only complaint is that on initial setup and opening up prime movies, I got charged for prime without warning. I got a refund sure, but maybe they should give a warning.

So far, no problems. Display looks good. One possible problem is when you pause and start the YouTube app, the sound becomes out of sync with the video. Not sure if this is the TVs fault, but other than that it’s good!

What can I say. It's a 4k TV with a built in Fire TV. The 4k is lackluster. I dont know if it's the TV's processor or the content, but I turned it off. The quality of the HD more than makes up for the lack luster performance of the 4k. The TV has issues with the sound going up and down constantly, but once i turned the 4k off... no issues with the sound. So bottom line.. it's a great tv for the price. Just dont expect this to be your pride and joy unless you take pride in cheap tvs. Then in that case... this tv is for you!

If you are sitting straight on, this tv as a lovely picture, however if you are too far off to the side, the colors are faded. Check the angle range before buying.

I ACTUALLY BOUGHT THIS FOR MY DAUGHTER AS HER BRAND NEW TV GOT SMASHED IN HER MOVE FROM NOLA! SO I LOOKED ON SITES & FOUND BEST BUY HAS THE BEST PRICE FOR THIS TV I COULD FIND! DAUGHTER IS THRILLED WITH IT!!

Purchased this on black friday, was about $200 off. we only use netflix and hulu type of applications, so this is great that its integrated. the quality is okay for us. Its not the best picture but overall we're satisfied.

We opted to pay additional for the geek squak guys ro deliver and set up for us because our helath has not been good. The TV is great / the guys went through everything with us and we are VERY pleased1

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS tv PURCHASE WAS VERY GOOD. HIT A BIT OF A SNAG WHEN THE COMCAST HD BOX REFUSED TO FUNCTION. THAT RESOLVED WHEN THE BOX WAS REPLACED AND THE GEEK SQUAD RETURNED TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION.

I have researched to many tvs.. From vizios to sony lgs. And sharp.. I owe 2 vizio and they work perfecto.. I have to give a chanse to toshiba... I have not installed my new toshiba.. But i will let you know soon..

I liked the fact that the TV had Alexa built in to it and I loved the smart remote it came with, but the TV was a bit bulky and the picture quality wasnt that great.

i didn't like the Amazon interface for the TV as much as I do the Fire-Stick or Kindle. Also with Alexa already in the room, the two respond at the same time.
