I like the voice and Alexa. Remote is connected to the tv via radio freq. so no need to point the remote to the the tv. Price is good as well.

Very good in all aspects a tv should be. Only reason I didn’t give 5 * is because the picture settings are lacking a little, and you can’t see the screen as you are adjusting them.

could not believe I got this 55 inch TV with just 300 dollar, I was a little worried about the display quality, but after use for a while, it proves to be the best TV deal I ever get

It’s a really nice tv without a large frame. The Best Buy technicians came promptly and set it up easily, then explained how to best use it.

TV is fantastic for what the price is and is super user friendly. Some issues can be seen during dark scenes in movies and the sound is not very good. (No, TV’s have good sound now though) but enjoying it a lot!

Tv has worked well so far. Mother in law likes being able control using alexa. Not long term how well it will last. Picture does not look as good as my 16 year old sony bravia tv that is still working.

Great price: excellent help at the store. Many to select but thus was the best for a super low price. Fits perfectly on my tv stand . Store helped me load tv into my car in a very high wind.

Bought this TV to replace our other one that quit working. Love the fire feature and the fact that all of our apps are easily available. Only issue is I can't get Vudu on this TV.

After i learned to use the darn thing its a pretty sweet tv. the only thing that i dont care for is to change the channel you have to go into the tv guide because theres no channel buttons

Wanted a larger TV for a spare living room redeco. While this TV is larger than my decade old plasma by a few inches, this TV doesn't even compete with the plasma. Our 47" plasma smokes this 55" LED. But, maybe we'll just use this to babysit our visitors' eyes until the OLEDS come down to earth on their price. I wish they would have kept the plasmas around. Will never be a better picture. The voice control is the coolest feature this TV has going for it.

My Toshiba TV is working fine. I'm finding channels I didn't know about. My Alexa voice stopped working two weeks ago, and I've not yet called Geek Squad. Other than that, everything is all good.

I’ve had the tv for less than a month but it has worked well. Took some playing to figure out the navigation of screens but am slowly learning. Price was right and free delivery.

This was a Christmas gift for my brother. He is very pleased with the quality. This is the 5th Tosiba TV purchased within my family. I have 2, my Mom has 2, and now my brother has one.

This TV is a bargain buy. It has great Smart features and the the LCD coloring is beautiful. Choosing not to mount it was okay but I still think it would look great on a wall as well.

I got this for a good price for my bedroom. It works good but it is annoying it always starts on the fire tv input when i usually want to watch cable. Other then that its a good tv

Love my Fire Tv by Toshiba I purchased the 43” last August and unfortunately my Samsung which was great alas went to tv heaven. Purchased the Toshiba 55 to replace and very happy.

I bought the tv at the advice of a sales associate. The price was great and it was compatible with Amazon’s Alexa, which was a huge selling point. Got it home and read the reviews, including reviews through Consumer Reports, CTN, etc., then took it back (had Bestbuy pick it up) without opening it, and bought a different tv. Honestly, I can’t say if it is a good tv or not, but I wouldn’t recommend it based on my research, which I should have done first.

The TV was a good price and decent picture quality but, after a few weeks it started to flicker and the color would get distorted at times.

TV is ok for a price but the picture is not that bright. Only good part for this TV is the Fire TV in build. Otherwise overall TV performance is ok

Love the content that is built in. Really designed for the cable cutters out in the world. Remote has your favorite streaming channels on it already! Well done Toshiba..
