Antenna reception is very poor. Channel surfing horrible.

Bought this tv because of the price. A lightening strike fried my Sony and needed a quick replacement. This tv has way TOO MANY things on it. I have Direct TV so all are just a big problem for me. If I had it to do over again, I would have shopped around more.

While the features are useful and user friendly the picture stability glitches frequently

Tons of options on the TV but after getting this because of a power surge on my Sony Bravia the differences are obvious. Whether it’s watching HD cable, or on a PS4 the colors just don’t pop. I’d pay a few hundred extra to get a better TV, really regretting this one.

I find this tv to be very jumpy for sports especially and other fast moving video. My tv looks much better when I plug a regular Fire Stick into my Fire TV. It's very frustrating. The processor in the TV is obviously weaker than the processor in the actual Fire Stick.

We bought this tv right before the Black Friday sales and it was a very good tv. It only lasted about 6 weeks. The tv was on one day and the screen went black. The sound remained but there was no picture. We returned the tv and purchased a different brand.

If you want your TV to last you less than 2 years go ahead and buy this TV. Everything was working fine until we hit this pandemic and we are confined to our home. I guess this TV is not meant to be watched continuously. I noticed 2 months ago the screen would go black at times, and I would turn it off and then turn it back on. Now there is audio, but no visual. For the $385 that I spent, I feel this TV did not last. My last purchase of $120 Westinghouse lasted 4 years and I definitely left that TV on all day.

I move in August 2018 and the tv installation company sold me on this Fire TV. One was installed in living and one for master. The master bedroom tv died 2 months later. The installers refunded me the entire cost of one tv. So I foolishly bought the same tv directly from Best Buy To match living room. You guess it...6 months later the fire tv went black/shorted out in the master bedroom again. I called toshiba to see about warranty and customer service line was apparently sold to another vendor. I’m going to cut my loss and stay away from toshiba. I’ve never had this problem before but then again I never used toshiba before this and never will again!

What a disappointment!!!! This TV isn’t even a Month old and it already doesn’t work anymore!! And Best Buy wants me to purchase more!!!!! I was going to get a new TV for the bedroom I can’t say enough how dissatisfied I am to Have purchased a product from a store that Specialized in electronics and it is already Bad! This is definitely not the way to make me Feel at all like I valued customer. I expect you To stand by your product !

I purchased this television on 9/14/18 along with Geek Squad 2 year warranty. Well needless to say the television went out 3 days after the warranty expired.
