    Just past one year after purchase with very minimal use and it is having major software glitches. I have tried everything from resetting to factory defaults...it keeps doing the same thing. It randomly changes channels, or starts scrolling rapidly for no reason. I’m sooooo disgusted!!! I loved it for one year, now I’m ready to throw it out the window. Not only this one is malfunctioning, I purchased a 43 inch Toshiba fire close to the same time I bought this one for another room. IT IS MALFUNCTIONING AS WELL!!!! Never will I purchase this brand again. I can’t even express the level of disgust I am feeling right now!!!!!

    I tried installing Sling tv app, but this app is not found in search list .Tried the same way as explained in many videos but this tv does not behave same as shown in videos.not able to use sling free subscriptions

    Color is not good at all!!! Red looks orange it’s just not good!!! Sometimes it crackles and I don’t like what you have to do to get to regular tv because it’s supposedl so smart. I should have returned it!

    This TV has a lot of bells and whistles, many of which I probably won't use. The only problem I see is that it isn't as sharp/picture not as clear as my other, different brand TV's

    We purchased an open box thinking that we were going to get a good deal on a tv. After setting up the TV we were unable to get the TV to turn on. Interestingly, deep in the bottom of the box was a work order for a nonworking TV. Apparently this TV had been returned once before and shipped out to have work done. I was disappointed that Best Buy would sell a product that had this history of not working without telling a potential consumer. Best Buy did however refund our money.

    I bought this TV after buying a sharp that went out of me it'seems been a year and this one went out on me as well sad because I loved this TV

    The picture was not as sharp as we would have liked. They explained to us that this was more of an "entry" level tv, we bought a samsung instead.

    Overall it seemed mostly fine for its purpose - used it for game consoles and as a backup TV for the kids. The menus were super annoying and laggy, but otherwise it served us well. Today we were in the middle of using our Nintendo Switch when we lost video. The audio continued to function without picture. The TV will intermittently flash the startup splash screen when I push the power button, but otherwise is dead.

    This is an Amazon device - does not work well with HDMI input from cable box - picture quality is diminished when using gold coated Monster cable, certain stations are blocked after showing for 12 seconds the station freezes.

    I have had to take the receiver in twice for repairs in 2 years after having two other yamaha receivers that never gave me a problem A870

    I replaced my old Toshiba tv with this 4K HD one. Very disappointed that the picture is of poorer quality than my old Toshiba tv.

    I have not been able to sync the picture and voice. Uverse is my cable provider. A call was placed to Toshiba support and they indicated that there was not any adjustment that coul be made on the TV to correct the issue. They said I should reboot the TV but the issue still was not resolved. May request a visit from Best Buy to resolve issue.

    We purchased the tv Dec 28, 2018. Item started flickering around Jan 12, 2018. The picture became very blurry especially when scenes were transitioning and it would flash green every few minutes along the bottom. Worked great and enjoyed it for about 2 weeks. But returned it and purchased another brand.
