The HDMI ports are a hit and miss for additional equipment. Bluetooth is also selective for the equipment it wants to attach. I have owned the TV less than a month and the apps are lagging show to voice. It's terrible!!!

The tv only worked for a couple hours. After that, the Geek or I could not get it to do anything. The only way we could turn it off was by the power strip it was connected to.

I purchased the TV for Christmas. I set it up on 12/24/18. After a few hours, the picture went out. I turned the tv on the next morning and there was no picture or sound.

This TV was terrible. Got it home and the screen immediately had issues displaying games, movies, TV, etc. Best Buy was GREAT helping me through troubleshooting and eventually replacing it.

FireTV is glitchy. Doesn’t work well for streaming. We bought 3 different smart TVs last year during the holidays. Other TVs are great. The toshiba is the only one with issues. Very disappointed.

Lasted a month. Got it for a family member as a gift and it malfunctioned in less than four weeks. Lines down the screen. Returned it and exchanged for a bigger, better tv. Paid the difference.

The fire TV system is only another way for Amazon to limit your options. Unless you pay for everything, you are not able to use this TV as a real Smart TV. I regret having purchased this TV.

The quality of the image was terrible. Although Firetv included is a good idea, the poor quality made me to re-evaluate the purchase and I decided to return the product

I guess I should have known by the price that the quality of the picture would be a bit less than perfect but I did not expect it to be as bad as it was. Returned it after two days.

Bought this on Black Friday, picture quality sucks balls. Took it back, spent a little more $ and bout a LG. It’s pretty awesome!

Unfortunately even with the 4K HDMI cable, the TV did not display like in the store as expected. Very disappointed so I returned it.

DO NOT BUY THIS TV!! After a couple years they update the software and the remote will not work. You have to buy a new one for $60.00

When TV first turns on, the screen is gets all jumpy for the first few seconds and have to unplug and plug in the HDMI cables depending on the port that I use first.

18 months after purchase and we’re constantly getting networking error issues - and yea other devices are working on the same network.

Had tv for 3 weeks and screen froze up. Its been 2 weeks and still not working but since it came from the clearance center they will not fix or replace it

I called them many times for helping but no body care and that body was very rude. This was second TV and same problem Bad buy not best buy

Mediocre at best in all areas. Screen gave out only a year. Bought another Sony and havent looked back.

This tv had to be restarted because it would error out and not hold any games. WiFi would loose image quality and we have great WiFi.

The Toshiba 55 inch 4K tv with FireTv is a very good prefrormer for the price. It provides the latest version of the FireTv integrated into a budget 4K UHD HDR TV. The TV comes well packaged with feet for placing on a dresser or stand the TV can also be wall mounted. The remote is an expanded version of a stand and Amazon FireTV remote with a live TV , Netflix, Amazon prime video, HBO and PlayStation vue button. There is a volume rocker and a mute button as well. The remote and Tv are Alexa enabled and respond to voice commands. You can even add Alexa skills to the TV to control other devices. The remote is Bluetooth and infrared. Some things are not that obvious such as how to use the remote to get to the TV settings, Just hold down the Home key until the settings menu appears and then use the navigation circle and button to select the desired setting. You might want to adjust the dynamic contrast, brightness and contrast using the custom setting. While in the live TV mode or the AFTV mode use the three bars to select any settings available. I spent some time watching a variety of content from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and OTA all looked really good and there were no glitches at all. The OTA set up will need your Zip code to generate a guide which is included. Alot of reviewers remark about the poor black levels or the low brightness of the panel. Although this TV does not have the specs of much higher units I found it pretty good at playing streaming content including 4k. At this price point I did not expect it to match my LG OLED or Samsung series 6 QLED but it was not bad at all. As far as connectors there are three HDMI inputs, a USB port, and an optical audio output on the left. Side and an Ethernet port, antenna/cable connector, and an RCA composite video input facing more toward the left center. It also has a power button that doubles and an input button on the lower right. The Wifi connected solidly to my 5ghz AC connection. If you want a 4K UHD HDR 10 TV at a budget price and you are an Amazon Fire TV user then this is a great choice.
