This item was a very good item for the money we paid, the picture is sharp, the fire edition is awesome, everyone has a ball with this tv, the remote is the type you talk into, so far nothing bad to say!!

The tv was easy to set up. I really liked the Alexa enabled remote. The one I purchased however had something wrong with it and would not recognize the cable input on hdmi 1. It was fine the first time but after it was turned off it wouldn't find the input without unplugging and replugging the cable. Help desk couldn't figure it out so I returned it.

This TV is perfect for someone who's looking for their first TV. It has a lot of cool features if you're running Alexa through your home. Its very useful when you connect it to your echo that way you can turn on the TV without the remote and all voice controlled.

Less than $500 for a UHD 4K TV is great. Looks good. I just can’t figure out how to network the built-in Alexa to the other Alexa’s in the house. (You have to press the button on the TV’s remote to speak to Alexa. This is good for privacy, but not good for convenience)

This TV is a nice upgrade from what I had before. I have noticed that the picture does get a bit dark at night. We tried to adjust it but it is still the same. Only at night and with mostly movies. Otherwise I like this Tv enough. It has great features on it like the fire Tv.

We Love our new TV. Plus we got it on sale, and cheaper than other stores. Plus with a 5 year warranty. The clarity is so clear. The sound is crisp and loud. The control is Amazon friendly. This smart TV is has all the apps to view all of your favorite shows.

After connecting to the wireless network and running the software updates, the tv was hooked up to Apple TV via hdmi cable without any difficulty. The picture and sound quality were very good. We are using it in a conference room for presentations.

Purchased this tv because of several things. The stand is only 30" wide for a 55" so fit on my currant stand. I have amazon prime so I get several tv movies and shows for free. We have a satellite also so perfect reception and picture. Love this tv.

My mission was looking for an inexpensive, quality flat screen TV for our guest/meeting room. This TV more than fit the bill! It is easy to setup, has great quality built-in speakers, excellent video quality and many input connections. Perfect for us!

I have a rather large area and even with a soundbar I was reading lips. This is the perfect TV for me. Large enough to see from across the room and can hear it in the kitchen. Just getting started with Fire but I will eventually figure it out. So far it's great.

I used to have a splitter to connect my PS4 and Chromecast and other items to the TV. Now with this Smart TV, all the apps for each of these programs are included and now everything is accessed with ONE remote! Very happy with this purchase.

TV is fantastic and easy to set up. We use it daily. Like a firestick we can install apps from amazon and if you select ok to install apps from unknown sources you can install apps from other places. Bye cable....

I knew I was not buying a top of the line ($$$$) 4K TV, and I was a little hesitant because this TV was not on display, so I just ordered on-line. Picture and sound are very good. 4K is great. I didn't think I would see a difference but yup, LOVE it.

I love this tv. We have almost had it a year & I'm so glad i picked it. It has all the apps I want & my kids can enjoy a movie or tv show with easy. The sound has never been a problem. Its clear & precisely what we were looking for.

This is a great TV at a great price. They combined the TV controls and the Fire stick. It was a little confusing at first. But it's fine now now. 4K TV. Nice picture. I bought this as a present for my best friend. She really loves it. Highly recommend A+++

I got it for me and my kids took the room over after they saw how detailed it was. It is so crisp and so much better than just HD. If I had the need I would replace all the TVs in the house. No complaints except that movie night is now in my "mom" space.

This TV is very surprising to me at the $400 price point. To me the picture is excellent. I had a 40' 1080p TV before this so the difference is quite large. The TV's volume is also very good. I would recommend this TV especially at the $400 price point.

This TV is amazing. The picture and sound quality are superb. The Fire tv also works great. I use this TV in my studio, so being able to talk to the TV and tell it to play a certain video on YouTube or song on Spotify is an awesome feature.

After 6 months, remote control has been working on and off...sometimes the only function it performs is to turn the TV on and off. Smart TV functions (volume control, switching to Netflix or Amazon Prime. Called Geek Squad and wasn't able to correct. No extended warranty and was advised to call Toshiba for service. Wasn't able to connect to Toshiba service. On a hunch, downloaded a Firestick TV app to cell phone and have been able to use functions as intended. Uncertain about future. Because of this issue I'm ranking low although we like this TV

Bought this for our kids entertainment space. Great picture for movies and video games. Love it! My OLED is superior in picture quality of course but at a quarter of the cost this tv is great.
