Great buy for the price

They wanted a larger TV then they had. They also won a Samsung 50" TV, which was one of the lower models. They compared the 2 and the Toshiba blew the Samsung away. They also had a 49" Sony older model and this Toshiba was so much better. The picture is great.

Decent TV for the price

It's a little misleading as this isn't really a Smart TV as most would think. There are no apps where you can go to a home screen and then go online. I used Amazon Prime on my former smart tv, but you can't do that on this so I was disappointed. Otherwise, the TV works fine and has a good picture.

So good so far

I was first skeptical because of the refresh rate of 60hz but for the use its not bad...this tv is only being used for regular cable and not super high def movies and sports...you do see a little choppiness if you look for it but for 300 it's worth it...do not buy this tv expecting a Cadillac with a price for a chevy...

Awesome TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this on a flash sale for a ridiculous price, hoping just to get something that was big enough for my new living room and cheap enough to still pay my new mortgage! It turned out great, beautiful picture and google cast has made everything easier. Not too many features that I didn't need and surely didn't need to pay for. I'm very happy with my purchase.
