don't buy one

It's NOT compatible with a lot of apps including my local cable company. If you want a smart TV buy one with ROKU not Google Chrome! And further-more Best Buy was of absolutely no help & neither was Toshiba. And of course when I tried to return it because it was so user unfriendly I got a big ol NO from Best Buy because I'd had it 18 days & their return policy is 15 days. They did offer to send The Geek Squad for $100+. But in the end what family wants a TV that only 1 person (whoever has the phone that controls it) can control & watch.

Chromecast doesn't work with ESPN app

After, purchasing this TV I quickly found out it didn't let me stream the ESPN app and other apps to it.

Good beginner smart tv

Not so great
